“I would thoroughly recommend Pure Cremation. They handled the passing of my father very professionally and with empathy and kindness. I have been to too many sad and depressing funerals, and I feel it is much better to say goodbye in this way and celebrate the person's life with a much more uplifting gathering when the time is right.”

“I cannot fault the service of Pure Cremation. They sensitively dealt with my mum and kept me informed all the way through the process. They were genuinely supportive when I got upset and always had the answers to any questions. And the fact that they delivered my mum's ashes to me by hand was very reassuring. You receive the small plaque with the serial number of your loved one's ashes that matches the death certificate. Very professional.”

“My sister chose Pure Cremation and after her death in May the firm could not have been more helpful. They were sympathetic and supportive, talking me through everything I needed to know. I was kept informed at each step of the proceedings and at no time was anyone less than understanding and caring. My sister’s ashes were delivered to me by courier on a date chosen by me. The courier was, as everyone else had been, caring and considerate. I am hugely impressed with the company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the firm to anyone researching this method of funeral.”

“Our family decided to use Pure Cremation just as mum passed, from the moment of my first call David was very friendly and helpful. Mum was taken from her care home, Julia then called me to let me know mum had her bear with her, she really put my mind at ease, any questions I had answered. Every point of this sad process was made easy for us, till the hand delivery of mums ashes by a lovely gentleman. This is a short review, but I’m so glad we chose Pure, and I’d like to thank all the staff for everything.”

“From the first phone call which was handled superbly and with tact and genuine compassion, the whole process was made simple and stress free in what is obviously a very stressful time. Every person who called me to give me an update on the status was kind, friendly and very professional. All questions were answered and I never felt like I didn't know what next steps were or when things were going to happen. The ashes were hand delivered back to me a few days after the cremation and was done with the utmost care and respect. Pure Cremation truly do make a very stressful time a lot easier and I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Sadly this year I have lost both my parents. Their plans were done through pure cremations. We opted for the attended service with both. Pure cremations were outstanding from the start. They kept us informed all the way through out the process, from when mum and dad were in their care ,to ringing once a week to ask if we were OK. Their empathy and compassion were lovely. A big shout out to Alison and Rachael, you were both amazing.”

“Extremely proffesional and courteous, from the collection of my father untill the return of the ashes they were always in contact and keeping us up to date with the proceedings. Excellent, courteous,sympathetic and no question unanswered. And the level of respect on all aspects was incredible.”

“Applying was very easy and documentation received easy to understand. Our Mum was in a care home 360 miles away so arrging was simple. Staff were helpful and courteous. My only criticism was when I made the initial call to report Mum's passing. The handler seemed a little confused and unsure what to do, other than that a good service.”
