“All staff were professional and at such a difficult time ensured everything was taken care of. Their compassion and patience was evident from the start and continued until the final journey, with the Ashes being returned by a very caring member of staff. I would certainly recommend them to family and friends if their wish is for a similar funeral.”

“Outstanding service from start to finish. The communication was excellent throughout. I can't thank the staff enough. I'm so grateful for the way they looked after my late mother. And even when my mother's ashes were delivered, they were handed over by a member of staff from Pure Cremation and not sent through a courier which was an emotional but perfect way to do it. Thank you so very much everyone.”

“Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Every single member of staff I spoke to where so respectful, the guy on the phone who I spoke to minutes after my dad passed was so calming and understanding, the two men who came to pick him up were brilliant, they explained how everything would go and asked us if we wanted to be in the room or not, they even came back to give us a hug and gave us all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes. Would recommend to anyone who like my dad didn’t want a traditional funeral. They made stressful time easier to deal with.”

“My dad passed away recently and was made very easy to organise at a very difficult time for our family. The people we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. I was kept up to date with everything even when my dad was returned home to us all. Would highly recommend this service as it takes all the stress out of organising a funeral at a very difficult time.”

“Just finished dealing with Pure following the death of my mother. The whole process has been just right, from the first enquiry (last year) about signing up right through to the delivery of my mother's remains and personal effects. When mum signed up I was reticent about the idea of not having a funeral but in fact it freed us to organise the kind of event we wanted and, especially, to do it when we wanted, while mum was still fresh in everyones memory. We were pleased not to be constrained by the vagaries of the death registration / funeral-booking process.”

“I was looked after so much they are lovely people and even the driver who returned ashes was so polite and courteous . I was kept in the loop 100% I have had 2 relatives go with pure cremation and I cannot fault them”

“I already had a plan for myself in place, and when my mother passed away, I used their services. They arrived within hours of my mothers death and took her away very discretly. All the paperwork was done and her ashes were received back this week, thank you. However, I am sorry, I cant give a perfect ten here as they seemed to take ages to answer the phone. Sometimes the advice on the phone was a bit sketchy, and despite being told there was only two options to press, this was not the case. The urn with the ashes in was a little disappointing as it looked like something you would have flour delivered in. Dont get me wrong, it was a means to an end, but you would expect something better. Recommended.”
