“Although the problem was not the fault of Pure Cremation, but that of the hospital, I feel I did not get enough communication from Pure Cremation while things were sorted out. Other than that, all good.”

“I cannot praise the team at Pure Cremation enough. Everyone I dealt with were kind caring so professional, but best of all so understanding. Never rushed,always making sure there was nothing forgotten or missed. Lovely lovely people. This was always going to be my own choice of funeral, which is why I discussed it with Mum.....and you did not disappoint. And when her ashes were returned to us by an absolutely lovely man, she came in a beautiful container with a wrap around picture of fields full of poppies! Mum's favourite flower ......how did they know. Lovely people , lovely way to do things, if Mum was still here she would agree. My sincerest thank you to you all, and if anyone asks I shall certainly recommend you all.”

“Pure Cremation organised my father’s cremation in the most professional, caring and sensitive way. My dad died abroad and didn’t have a plan so we had to call Pure Cremation from abroad and didn’t know if they would even be able to help. From the first call we knew we were in safe hands. They liaised directly with the International Undertaker, arranged to collect dad from Heathrow when he was repatriated and handled everything for us. When the ashes were returned about a month later the gentleman delivering was so kind and considerate and made a potentially traumatic experience calm and comforting. Highly recommend.”

“At a time when you're lost it is a great relief that there is someone like Pure Cremations, they instantly relieve you of the massive responsibility of looking after your loved one. Following a short telephone call they take control and deal with everything in the most professional way you can imagine. My fathers ashes were returned to me in a professional and very respectful manner. I am sincerely grateful that I had made the decision to contact them”

“Professional, courteous, respectful and sympathetic from the initial contact enquiry through to the delivery of mum’s ashes back home by a member of the team. We were kept informed every step of the way. We didn’t want a big funeral service and are now planning a lovely garden party for friends and family to celebrate mum’s life. I will be arranging my own cremation through Pure Cremation.”

“From the ease of setting up a cremation plan to the time that we needed to use Pure Cremation, they were brilliant! My Dad passed away in a nursing home and as soon as we called to notify the team of his passing, they were ‘straight on it’. Dad was collected within 6 hours of his passing and then was kept until the death was registered- which was 2 weeks due to him passing around Christmas time. We had several ‘check in’ calls with the lovely Laura McCarthy, who talked me through the process on the day after reporting Dad passing away and then whilst we were waiting for his death to be registered- this was found to be very comforting to know that Dad was in good hands. Once the death was registered, the cremation/committal was arranged on a day of our choosing, which was done the following week and then his ashes were returned the following week, hand delivered within the time of eta provided. I know this may not always happen and it could have taken longer but we felt this process was as smoothly as it could’ve been. Mum was very happy that she was able to celebrate Dad’s life in her own way, rather than having to arrange a funeral. We have used Pure Cremation for my father in law, last year and Mum also had taken out a plan for herself. We would recommend Pure Cremation to anyone who asks about funeral plans.”
