“My wife passed away suddenly at a young age and we didn’t have anything in place, they were all lovely when speaking to myself on the phone and were very understanding when I was crying.. my wife was delivered in person which was a lovely thing. Will more than likely set up my own plan through them once life settles down.”

“My recent experience of Pure Cremation was more than satisfactory, I wasn't sure about it at first but from the beginning I found the staff and the service exemplary. Throughout the whole process they were professional, informative and empathetic, my husband was treated with the greatest respect at all times. I now feel confident that when my time comes Pure Cremation are people that I want to be taking care of me and I have told my family this.”

“Pure Cremation were so caring and professional from the beginning right up to the day they brought my mams ashes home, I had a lovely lady called Olivia assigned to myself she kept me updated every step of her journey. This may not be for everyone as depending on when and where your loved one passes things can take a little longer than a conventional funeral, my mam passed away in hospital on a weekend on 31st Aug and I received her ashes on 1st of Oct, it was meant to be the week before but I wasn't available on the day they had planned to bring her home but it was what my mam wanted and it's how I plan to go when it is my time, I certainly couldn't fault Pure Cremation at all.”

“This was an easy process to arrange at the beginning but I didn’t realise how long the whole process would take I was a bit shocked. My aunts ashes were given back to me over 4 weeks of her passing I did think it would be a lot sooner. Also I did find I had to chase for updates numerous times as i wasn’t aware of what was happening. However the staff were really friendly whenever I did speak to them.”

“Customer service brilliant, dedicated person rang us , compassion towards us was brilliant, good organisation, dealing with pure cremation they took a lot of stress off us during our loss , delivery of the ashes by Steve he showed empathy towards us when delivering the ashes, overall great experience”

“Contacted Pure Cremation when my wife passed away, as we had previously discussed. They were extremely considerate and helpful, the arrangements could not have been easier. I was kept informed all the way through the process and the ashes were delivered as promised. Could not have asked for better service, all at a fraction of traditional cost and without the emotional trauma.”

“I am looking forward and making my plans to go over to pur cremations as I know that they look after each and everyone as if they are part of their family, and hastle free. Plus if you have your loved ones ashes delivered to you. They are curtious and will spend time and help by talking or putting you through who can further help. “Not particularly impressed, I'm afraid. Had to chase them down for updates over couse of a month. Some associates were lovely, others - specifically my point of contact - abrupt and usually unhelpful. Once my husband was finally cremated, his remains arrived promptly and were delivered by a lovely woman.”
