“Good service everything explained in detail which is very helpful at a time when you need it most. The lady who returned my brothers ashes was lovely she knew just what to say and also when it was time to leave and let us deal with things in our own way.”

“The best customer care and service I have experienced on a long time, from first contact with such sympathy, through to excellent, timely and accurate communication, and a very personal level of service and dedication all the way through to the return of ashes being hand delivered. Pure cremation conducted services for my dad and then my mum who passed away 2 weeks apart and they were incredibly supportive and gave me so much less to worry about. Angella in particular was especially helpful so thank you”

“i found pure cremation so reassuring & careing at one of the bleakest time in my life !. the registrar was messing about ,even though over a month later i do not have a death certificate ,my husband is home with me.”

“This was the second time of using this wonderful company. I can only describe their service,from initial contact through to the final delivery of my loved one's ashes as exemplary throughout; there is literally no aspect of this process I could identify where improvements could be made. I'd particularly like to single-out Patricia who undertook the 'final journey' with my Mother's ashes,both for her professionalism and profound empathy. “At a time when you feel overwhelmed and everything seems so difficult, Pure Cremation made things seem so much easier. They were able to answer all my questions and led me through the process with both professionalism and compassion. The office staff (particularly Gail) were always available to talk and couldn’t have been kinder and the manner in which everything was handled, helped to soften a painful time.”

“When my parents told me they had signed up for Pure Cremation I didn’t really know what to expect… Well it was only 2.5 years later that we sadly lost my Father so all was going to come clear! I can honestly - hand on heart - say that I have had the most positive experience through every step of the journey. So, first of all, payments: Knowing my Dad had only been paying his monthly premiums for a little over 2 years I knew he had not paid a lot in (certainly not enough to cover all costs) so I wondered if there may be extras for me to pay… But there was none at all. His initial agreement stated he had to pay his premiums for a minimum of two years to be covered and because he had hit that timeline everything was covered. Next, I’ll talk about the collection of the body. I called to let Pure cremation know that my Dad had passed and (because he died at home) they asked if I would like them to collect straight away or if we would like some time with him. We asked for some extra time and specifically asked for them to come after 5pm and this was not a problem at all. When the men came to collect my Dad they were so gentle and careful with the body. His body had swollen so I know he was heavy; and they had to carry him downstairs, but they did not complain at all and were so courteous and friendly and just made an emotional situation so easy to deal with. Pure cremation talked me through what the next steps were, ie, registering the death and sending in the green slip (as I had no clue) and I had to ring back a couple of times to ask again because my brain just wasn’t retaining the information but nothing was too much trouble for them. They told me I could call as many times as I wanted and not to hesitate. They really made me feel valued. Every single person I spoke to was so caring and compassionate and just made me feel so at ease through every step of the journey. When the ashes were delievered back to me I was given a timeframe and was also allowed the drivers telephone number so we could get her exact time and greet her on arrival. Again, she was the most caring person who I could tell just loved her job. She didn’t rush the delivery and even gave me a hug and it just made the whole situation feel so much easier to handle. I genuinely can’t thank Pure Cremation enough for making the process as easy as it was and for all the love and care and support that they offered. The thought of actually organising a funeral seemed so overwhelming to me so I was grateful to my parents for choosing this option and now I know how amazing the whole company is I will definitely opt to use them myself - when I reach that’s stage!!!”
