“Excellent service from initial notification to return of ashes. My wife and I, my father-in-law and my aunt have all decided that when the time comes, that is how we wish to go.”

“This is the second time I have used Pure Cremation, and I also am registered with them. It is nice to know that when I pass all my costs are covered and that my cremation from start to finish will be handled in a very professional manner.”

“Always respectful but I didn’t quite grasp the level of disconnect with the celebration of Lesley’s life. Absolutely no complaints about the service provided. The ambience and location of the premises could however maybe improved upon.”

“Everything went smoothly and free of worry at a time when things are very hard to deal with. I was kept in touch with the details namely when the cremation would take place and my husband's ashes were safely delivered by a very kind sympathetic lady.”

“An excellent service from start to finish. If anybody is considering this type of cremation then Pure Cremation are the people to contact. They dealt with my wife in a most caring and professional way, and kept me regularly informed by phone. You could not ask for a better service. I've instructed my children to use them when I pass away.”

“I found Pure Cremation staff to be very professional in all respects considering the loss of a dear one. There no qualms service, I found to be as what I requested , even down to the last service of returning the deceaseds ashes. If any body requests a no nonsense service I would trully recommend them. “Although there wasn't a plan alreadyinplace, the team made the procedure efficient and dignified. A minor mistake in an item not being taken at the time our mother was collected was quickly rectified. A really good service for small, scattered families, giving them time to plan how to celebrate a person's life in a manner that suits them.”

“Pure cremations , right from the outset of notifying them off my mum's passing were polite , informative, helpful and very courteous. The people that collected mum from home were so respectful and polite . We were kept informed right through through process. Thankyou pure cremations”
