“All staff we dealt with where both professional and courteous, down to the gentleman who delivered the ashes of my brother. The service we recieved were above and beyond expectations. we would highly recommend Pure Cremation to everyone. My wife and I both have Pure Cremation and have also recommended them to friends and family. Many thanks.”

“From the moment I rang Pure Cremation on the morning of my dad's passing ,I have been treated with compassion and caring, everything is handled extremely professionally, and nothing is to much trouble.Just as it should be! I can't thank this company enough, they've taken the stress ,out of an extremely stressful time.Thankyou”

“From start to finish Pure Cremation have been fantastic when you lose someone it's a difficult time all the staff have been very professional and caring my uncles Ashe's were brought back buy a lovely lady on time has promised i would definitely recommend Pure Cremation to friends and family thank you all”

“Everything was taken care of and PC give as much or as little information depending on what you request. All dealt with quickly and efficiently, the only thing we had to do was get the death certificate. I had no idea that you don’t need to have a service and wake.”

“Our mum passed unexpectedly which was a shock to us all. The first phone call we had as with a lovely lady who helped us tremendously. However, from then it just went down hill. I made a phone call after the coroner had advised that my mum had been released. We you advised that you hadn’t got the paperwork, which when I complained you in fact had the paperwork. Then the day after the cremation day I was called not once but twice to say my mum had been cremated. There is need of a more personal touch this process for us even though we know it a direct cremation felt so robotic.”

“Absolutely incredible service from the point of contact after my father passed away until having his ashes hand delivered to me. Such a kind, respectful company who kept me informed throughout the process and today I received a certificate stating that they have planted a tree honouring my father. Just incredible and I would highly recommend to anyone. It really does help those left behind to have with one less thing to worry about. Faultless”
