My Dad was an atheist and did not wish to be in a religious setting with hymns and religious verse. The excellent service provided by Pure Cremations allowed us to create our own remembrance event without too many tears or heart ache which worked out really well. The staff were amazing from the first call right up until receiving Dad's ashes. I was always kept up to date with the process from start to finish. I could not recommend them more. Thank you.

All staff I spoke to were very helpful and understanding. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that I had requested to be told when the cremation had taken place but I ended up ringing after 5 days of not hearing (however, I do appreciate that this was during Easter). Would undoubtedly use Pure Cremation again should the need arise.

Not a lot of contact with the grieving family. When they say they’re going phone they don’t. not an enjoyable process.

Dear Kim, I agree that communication fell below the standards that we usually deliver, and I offer my sincere apologies for this. I can see that our Agents did reach out to you on multiple other occasions throughout the process, and it was explained why we didn’t contact you prior to your loved ones collection, again this is due to collection dates being provisional but we do contact the family once the deceased is in our care. On the occasions we didn’t get through to you we left voicemails and emails were sent to keep you in the know of what stage your father’s care was at. A Pure Cremation was our mother's request. It was arranged six weeks & one day before she sadly passed away. We did not realize we would need the service so soon. To be honest I was extremely nervous/worried about making the initial phone call. However, upon speaking to Ryan he made me feel at ease immediately. Everything was explained to me in great detail & all of my questions were answered. We had some requests ie, cards, photographs & some other sentimental items we wished to be placed with my mum. We were told this would not be a problem. I also requested the date of the cremation. I was informed in plenty of time to arrange a family meal on the day & we let off balloons with messages attached. From the moment my mum passed until we received her ashes, the communication was amazing. I cannot put into words how they made a very difficult time more bearable. A fantastic service with amazing empathetic staff. I shall be having a Pure Cremation myself (when the time comes) & will be recommending the service to other family members & friends. In my opinion Pure Cremation is second to none.

Everything was professionally and kindly carried out. The only downside was to have my photograph taken with the ashes when they were delivered to me, I thought this was very insensitive and needless

My husband had a prepaid cremation arranged with Pure Cremation. After he passed away I phoned Pure Cremation with the number in the funeral pack. I could not fault them for their help and assistance. I was kept informed and up to date.

Having used Pure Cremation three times in as many years - I feel I am well placed to make an honest comment. My last experience was no where near as good as the first. I wonder if Pure Cremation is now too big to give a truly sincere and personal service at a time when most users are vulnerable.

Pure cremation were very good, they supported me with everything that I needed. We had an attended cremation, which I would highly recommend, we managed to do our own kind of service for my mum. Pure cremation made it an easy process to arrange all the bits. I can’t think of a single fault for the staff, everyone who had spoken to me or emailed me was brilliant. 10/10 if you want a simple funeral with no fuss. Thanks again to the staff for all your help with my mum (Fiona).

I would like to thank everyone at Pure Cremations for their help and concern, and the respectful and caring manner in dealing with the arrangements for our recently departed relative. From a practical point of view all prices were explained and the delivery of the Ashes was again carried out respectfully and exactly as expected. We could not have asked for anything more. Very disappointed that my brothers gold ring mysteriously disappeared, I was told that along with my brothers ashes his gold ring and glasses would be returned, ashes and glasses were returned but no gold ring,

Dear Mr Knight, I would like to apologise for any miscommunication in relation to your brother’s ring. From the detailed notes on your brother’s record, I can see that, at the point of instruction, you advised us that you believed your brother would have a ring with him when he came into our care. However, when we brought him into our care from the hospital, we noted that there was no jewellery with him. We have also contacted the hospital who advised that they have no jewellery being recorded for your brother while he was resting with them either. We are ready to support you should you wish to make further enquiries, and a senior manager will be in contact with you today to make sure any concerns are alleviated. From the start, I could not have been more satisfied with the help given when arranging my Mother's funeral. The enquiry line staff were helpful and happy to help with any query, not pushy and trying to get me to sign up, just professional and informative about every process. I felt the pricing was fair and justified. When the sad day came when I needed to put my Mother's plan into use, the help and comfort given from start to finish was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble and there were no hidden added extras. I was kept well informed of every part of Mum's journey and she was returned to me on the day stated and with advance notice of the time by a lovely gentleman (Callum) who offered to stay with me if I needed him as I was alone when Mum was returned showing true concern for my grief. I would not hesitate to recommend and use the Pure Cremation service myself, knowing the care and respect given. A beautifully caring company. ❤️
