“This was a difficult time for all the family but Pure Cremation provided an excellent service. They were kind and respectful at all times. The 2 members of staff who came to collect my father were amazing. They allowed us time to say our final goodbyes and nothing was too much. The staff in the office were kind and caring and the lady that delivered my father's ashes was also lovely. The urn is lovely, simple but lovely and the coffin was simple but perfect. We attended the cremation and we were allowed to do our own thing which meant it was very personal and intermate. There were only 7 of us and we went into the small room. The perfect sendoff for a perfect Father. Thanks to all at Pure Cremation, what was such a sad time was made easier to cope with your support. Teresa Smith Daughter of Zygmunt Baranek. x”

“By choosing Pure Cremations I was able to cope better with my sad loss. It took a lot of stress off me They kept me well updated on everything that was happening. The ashes were hand delivered in an Urn which I was impressed with. I can't find the words to Thank them enough for everything they done.”

“Mum's death came suddenly and right before Christmas. From the minute I contacted Pure Cremation they provided an utterly professional and considerate service that I simply cannot fault. Communication was excellent all the way through. Thank you”

“Good communication through out the process at every stage of the cremation from collection to return of the ashes,takes away alot of the stress of a traditional cremation,this is the second time I have used this service and would use it again”

“We cannot thank Pure Cremation enough for the service they gave us after we lost our Son. They were very professional and sympathetic keeping us up to date as to what was happening. All paperwork that was needed was dealt with by them. After they had done the cremation we had the ashes delivered by hand in a nice urn. How can they improve their service? We do not think it is possible. Iris and John”

“Excellent, compassinate and caring team. Keep you updated throughout the whole process from beginning to the end. Even on delivering the ashes it was dealt with the upmost respect. The driver even asked if we needed any further information before leaving.”
