“Easy to set up. Very caring helpful team. Took all my worries away at a time I felt very distressed. The lady who brought back my husbands ashes was lovely and so caring.”

“I have been acting for a Neighbour who sadly recently passed away. The service I have received from Pure Cremation has been excellent. I have been kept informed, had regular calls and everyone has been extremally friendly, helpful and sympathetic. In my opinion, an excellent and professional service and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to have cremation in this way.”

“Pure Creamation were so understanding and updated me on everything they were doing with my late father and delivery of ashes were very prompt and I even got a hug so thank you for taking care of my dad and me 😊”

“Extremely helpful from when we initially took out the Plan until Ashes were delivered last week. There was always someone to speak to and pass any message on to our primary contact. We chose to hold the cremation in Hampshire where we were very happy with the reception we received and the order of events. I cannot thank Stephanie Canning enough for her guidance through such an emotional time. Whilst not appropriate for everyone where numbers are low due to limited relatives able to attend this was perfect for our family.”

“what can I say about Pure Cremation Ltd other than they are in most fantastic firm ever I'm so so glad that I went with pure cremations they've done a wonderful job with my husband they took real good care of him and they bought him home safe thank you very much from the bottom my heart I really really do appreciate everything you've done for us. They will also be looking after me when I go. Thanks again”

“My mother gave me the Pure Cremation information pack the day before she died suddenly. She asked me to take a look as she'd decided that she wanted a simple, fuss free alternative to a traditional funeral. I made a call to the help line and from that moment on, the whole process was professional, respectful, caring and seamless. Very highly recommended service. Many thanks to you all.”

“Thank you for an absolutely seamless service Your kind , professional staff are a credit to Pure Cremation My mother was elderly and had been poorly for some time , she passed away in hospital and was collected and looked after by yourselves I was informed about what was happening every step of the way Pure Cremation suited our familys needs A brilliant experience, from initial phone call until I received her ashes last week The gentleman who brought them to me was so lovely and helpful and arrived exactly on time Thank you for your support at a difficult time”

“As the executor to my mother in law’s estate, she expressed that she didn’t want a funeral, only a cremation, in with her will was the leaflet for pure cremation Ltd, I contacted them by phone, they explained the procedure and offered to send me the details, no hard sell tactics, from that moment on they guided me and kept me informed of each stage of the procedure. I can’t thank or recommend them enough, their efficiency allowed me to concentrate on the other issues I had to deal with.”

“From start to finish pure cremation was compassionate and caring. Conner kept me informed of every step. My husband was cremated 27/6/23 and was brought home to me 29/6/23. Even the drivers who brought my husband was so caring and gave me a hug when I got emotional.THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU”

“We chose Pure Cremation because the family wanted a smaller Family Service followed by the Interment of Ashes at a small church that is special to Mavis and her Husband. The service that they provided was excellent and their support and contact throughout the time was second to none. My Wife and I would highly recommend Pure Cremation as a modern alternative to the traditional type. Having Mavis brought back to us was a final special task. Thankyou very much and best wishes. “Geoff and I were so grateful for the excellent care we received from Kirsty also the man who delivered our daughter, Marilla's ashes. Considerate, caring and thoughtful.
