“Mostly good, excellent care throughout, but the company fell at the last hurdle. This was when I attempted to book my 3rd plan. I had bought one for my father, you then cremated my husband. Thinking I could enjoy the offer of a £25 gift card - I was not impressed by the dismissive attitude of the refusal, the actual card's value was not the point - it was the uncaring method of the refusal. I changed my mind & booked with one of your rivals, paying £200 less for the plan.”

“Every member of the Pure Cremation team I came into contact with treated me respectfully and sympathetically throughout. The delivery of my family member’s ashes was made by hand and again the Pure Cremation delivery man presented me with the urn with the utmost respect and sensitivity. Thank you.”

“Excellent communication through out. Staff very compassionate. Aftercare excellent, the company its self excel in their care for the deceased & the family. Ashes were brought back by courier, she was very caring & respectful in handling our amazing husband, dad & grandad. Thank you so much pure cremation,would recommend there services to anybody. “Our mum had arranged this and we only found out when the plan was nearly fully paid. Initially we were upset that we wouldn’t be arranging her funeral, however, this was one of the best things she could have done. When your loved one has passed and you are grieving, I couldn’t think of anything worse than arranging a funeral. Everything was taken care of and our allocated representative (Ali) was sympathetic and considerate at every contact. Mum was returned to us a few weeks later and we can now concentrate on moving forwards and remembering her without any worries about arrangements. Definitely given me something to think about for my future. Thank you for making a very difficult time easier for us.”

“A very professional company with very helpful understanding staff. Their approach to help relatives at this difficult time is so easy, they make the process simple. There are no hiccups and no decisions to make. because the decisions have been made at the application stage. The delivery of the ashes to our address was exactly as agreed, with understanding by their representative down to a biscuit for our dog. I cannot praise them enough and would always recommend them. Both my wife and I will be applying to join this service in the near future”

“We cannot speak highly enough of Pure Cremation and how they take care of you and your loved ones every step of the way. They are kind, caring, compassionate and patient. Our case handler Rebecca was absolutely fantastic-she was incredibly caring, just wonderful. She is a credit to the company. Thank you for everything!”

“I've never arranged a funeral before so what a place to start, my beloved Mum's cremation. I have to admit that I was very impressed with the way all staff greeted me on every phone, alleviating my total fright and helping me sort out personal guidelines about the day itself... I was so pleased with the way you received my somewhat eclectic choice of music. The only one piece of the 3 tunes which wasn't totally popular was, 'Morning Has Broken' by Cat Stephens as he was then. The other 2 were excellent versions of the pieces I chose, in fact, the finest I've heard! My contact at Pure Cremation was Chloe and l really need to thank her here for being so caring and professional, a credit to the company! Kindest regards. From Dennis J Finch.”
