“I cannot thank you enough from start to finish and everyone I spoke with over the whole month period was Outstanding & Racheal you were 2nd to none. Speaking on behalf of my whole family, We were so happy and yous just made things for me easier with your whole service and the utmost respect yous showed. Never a right or wrong thing to say but youll definatley get our custom in the future regards Paul”

“I was very impressed with the professional but sensitive service at all stages. Katie was communicative & clear but also empathetic. The lady who delivered Mum’s ashes was also spot on.”

“It was Mums wishes to use this service, from the moment she passed the people that attended were really professional and handled the delicate matter in a tip top manner. Received updates on a regular basis and then returned the old dear to me, the staff member was called Rick and his an asset to pure cremation, a real nice chap with good people skills . I have nothing but good things to say regards pure cremation.”

“From Day one of contacting Pure Cremation the Fun & games began.....Telling them that I only wanted to be contacted AFTER 3.30pm due to the fact that I work and didn't want my conversation overheard by Nosey work Colleagues.....So what do they do phone me at 2pm.....No notes taken obiviously.....Next trying to contact them.....Absolute nightmare....Listening to the press options whilst on hold for eternity....Next the Delivery of my mothers ashes....The bloke who delivered them might as well work for Amazon and be delivering my new iPad....”

“Pure Cremations removed the stress from a personal tragedy that is hard to put a value on. They were caring and kept me fully informed as things were happening. They helped me concentrate on the good memories whilst coping with heartbreaking loss”

“At a very distressing time I found Pure Cremation Ltd to be very professional and compassionate. I was told what would happen every step of the way and everything was carried out. I didn’t have calls from lots of people the same person contacted me each time. Slight training issue needed for the driver who delivered the ashes was the reason I didn’t give 100% satisfactory.”

“My brother pre paid for his funeral with Pure Cremations and has his executor I had to sort things out when he died. The staff at Pure Cremations are exceptional. Everything was handled by them smoothly and with dignity. They exceeded all my expectations.”

“Pure Cremations have cared for my Brother in law , husband and recently my sister. They provide a extremely caring, efficient, service. From the first contact you have a named person caring for you, everything is explained, and you can contact at any time with any queries. Very impressed they call your relative by name, which is very comforting . The facilities at their Crematorium are superb. If you attend you are met by one of the staff who knows you by name, explains everything. The ashes are delivered back to your home if wished ,by one of the staff, at a time convenient to you. I also have a plan with pure Cremation, as I trust them to care for me with dignity, and to care for my family compassion. I am more than happy to speak to anyone about your service.”

“The service we received was amazing from start to finish. The gents who collected my mum were professional, kind and caring. The lady I liased with on the phone showed compassion and empathy and the lady who returned my mums ashes was kind and warm and engaging. We are eternally grateful for your service.”

“Your Cremation service was first class from beginning to end...apart from getting through to speak to someone on the 'phone on several different occasions. It was good to be kept informed when my husband's body was collected from the Care Home & be told the date of the commitment. His ashes were delivered to my house in a nice box with a serene picture of a forest with birds flying on it.”

“An outstanding service! The staff were very professional & extremely respectful of my late father. Taking a bow for a minute was a lovely touch & I know my father would have appreciated it having served in the army. A seemeless & stress free service. I would highly recommend.
