“We found pure cremation very sympathetic, helpful and understanding and respectful. Keeping us updated on the process. We watched all the videos, this was very comforting knowing our son was being cared for and then pure cremation bought Ian back home to us We would like to thank everyone for all of the above”

“My mother passed away, I contacted Purecremation and a heavy load was taken off my shoulders, everything was explained and regular updates from my personal adviser certainly helped, thank you Purecremation , I would recommend this service”

“Mum chose pure cremation so we, didn't have to worry about expenses I thought the service was, good the only thing was, they didn't tell us a time on the day of cremation”

We are very proud of our commitment to giving every family a confirmed committal date, however, just like any other crematorium, we cannot predict the moment when the committal itself will begin. We have taken the decision not to offer approximate times because these might change considerably and result in unnecessary anxiety about all other aspects of our care and communication. “From the time I picked up the phone to arrange my husbands cremation to when I got his ashes back I received nothing but kindness, understanding and professionalism. I had one point of contact which was Nick and he was wonderful, nothing seemed too much trouble and I am truly grateful.”
