“The service to begin with wad outstanding. However I was promised a call the day after mums cremation but didn't hear from anyone for over a week. I was also promised a call to arrange the return of the ashes but in the end I had to chase to get them back”

“Understanding, caring, compassionate and amenable. In particular, Isobel, who arranged everything, and the team at the Andover Crematorium who re-assured us that our loved one was going to be cared for as we wished at the commital. Was exactly what we wanted.”

“Pure Cremation was recommended to me by a friend. They were kind and respectful to me and my late mother from the moment she passed away to when they hand-delivered her ashes back to me. I was worried it might feel impersonal but it was far from that. They kept me informed every step of the way and I would highly recommend them.”

“I was informed each step of the way they sorted things out when there was a problem. The only information that could be in proved is better idea on the day your loved one is coming home a idea of what time would have been very useful.”

“My mother-in-law passed away suddenly and both my hubbie and his brother dreaded all the fuss of a conventional funeral as they have a large widespread family. Luckily my mother-in-law had discussed all this with me months ago ( she was 94). She had seen the advert on TV and said ''that's what I want when my time comes -no fuss'', so that is what we did. The staff at PC were very helpful and informed us of every step. They even brought Mum's wedding ring back to us in a little velvet pouch together with her ashes. Thank you so much for a first class service. When my time comes my family have been told to use you again. Many thanks..Linda Bunston.”

“From start to finish pure cremation we’re excellent throughout. From the initial contact when mum was alive this is what she wanted and chose. When she passed and I contacted them they were professional throughout. They would ring and keep me updated every step of the way and we’re thoughtful, professional and empathetic throughout. Would definitely recommend.”

We have looked at the detailed notes and can see that it did take longer than we all would have liked to carry out your loved one’s cremation and we are sincerely sorry if this caused distress. I can see that our staff were in regular contact with you throughout and that the ashes return was expedited to ensure that our care was completed within our usual timescales. “The people I spoke to were unfailingly pleasant and helpful though I must have seemed like a pest because it appeared a long time till my husband was collected from Bradford Royal Infirmary and I rang frequently for updates. His ashes were taken to my son as arranged. All in all, very good.”
