“Pure cremation was wonderful from day one they waited until I got the funds once that was sorted everything else was very easy,they kept me informed on what's going to happen and when,they even delivered the ashes to my front door in a lovely tub with a wonderful picture on the front,very good price aswell only £1295,I would recommend pure cremation that's for sure.”

“My grandmother had already taken out a policy with Pure Cremation, however, we were still confused about the process and what to expect. The staff at Pure Cremation were incredibly helpful, sympathetic and provided valuable advice - Stephanie was incredibly patient with all my questions and kept me updated at every stage, until we had our grandmother's ashes safely home. Death is not easy; but using Pure Cremation was a pleasure and we are grateful that our grandmother elected to use them.”

“I have never lost my mum before so this was a real shock for me & the whole family. Having said that Pure Cremation Ltd were very professional and kind. They helped make the whole thing much more bearable. Thank you to everyone who works for Pure Cremation and helped me & my family cope with the sad loss of my mother.”

“I have used your services twice now and overall have found the service to be good, however on both occasions now, the personnel picking up the body I found to be unprofessional. The first time the older member of staff was high fiving the younger one once they had put my mother in the van ! The second time when picking up my Freind the man came back in and started apologising for the previous unprofessional experience but to my friends 16 year old child, ( who previously was unaware of the incident ! ) I think some training might be appropriate as this is a very delicate time for most and a “brief “ and polite interaction is all that’s required.”

“After she died, I found a diary note from my Mum about signing up for Pure Cremation, in that the initial documentation they sent her had mistakes in the information which was obviously a shame and maybe she wondered if she had made the right choice. However, from my point of view as her daughter, after she died, the service and communication from Pure Cremation have been exemplary. Knowing that everything was happening exactly as my Mum had wished it to was extremely comforting, as was the lady (Julia) who kept me updated and consulted regarding what was happening and when. Based on the quality of the service received and the fact that I want to make things easy for my loved ones, I will be using them myself - hopefully not for quite some time.”

“A very sad time made as easy as possible to cope with by Pure Cremations who take care of everything from collecting the deceased from wherever they are, and keeping them until the day of the cremation. They kept us informed when necessary in a most kind and thoughtful way. We decided that 12 family would attend on the day of the cremation and chose three old hymns, the music provided by them to which we were able to sing enthusiastically in the small private room we were given with the coffin ready for us. We all really thought it was the best way for us to say our goodbyes - personal and private. and dignified. I was telephoned by them to tell me when they could deliver my husband's ashes to me which was also done in a most caring way. Our whole family was most impressed.”

“Pure Cremation handled my mothers cremation with the utmost of respect from start to finish. My mother passed away on Christmas Day and yet there was a very empathic lady on the other end of the phone to process my call. Communication was excellent throughout, right down to the returning of her ashes. I can highly recommend this service if you are looking for something simple and straightforward.”

“My father passed very suddenly in hospital recently, my father always said he didn’t want a fuss when he passed but had nothing in place. I contacted pure cremation and they were very helpful, I can honestly say they treated me with dignity and respect nothing was to much trouble they kept me informed every step of the way, all the staff I spoke too were amazing and I can’t thank them enough, when they returned dads ashes it was done with total respect.”

“Was so glad that dad chose to use Pure Cremation as I really don't think we could have coped with a traditional funeral. From the first contact to register dads death to receiving dads ashes has been so easy and at the same time so personal. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and made everything seem much easier to deal with.”

“We contacted Pure after my Father-in-Law passed away during the night. We didn't have anything in place but I called Pure at 4.30 am, as his nursing home required the name of the funeral director that we would be using. The lady I spoke to was so helpful, there was no waiting in a queue and no instant payment was required. They arranged to collect my Father-in-Law later that same day. I received a few calls between his collection, the cremation and the return of his ashes and everyone I spoke to was very polite and sympathetic. Pure Cremation worked out best for us and we had absolutely no issues along the way. I would recommend them to anyone who would prefer a fuss-free cremation, it doesn't have to be pre-planned as I'd initially thought.”

“This was a difficult time for all the family but Pure Cremation provided an excellent service. They were kind and respectful at all times. The 2 members of staff who came to collect my father were amazing. They allowed us time to say our final goodbyes and nothing was too much. The staff in the office were kind and caring and the lady that delivered my father's ashes was also lovely. The urn is lovely, simple but lovely and the coffin was simple but perfect. We attended the cremation and we were allowed to do our own thing which meant it was very personal and intermate. There were only 7 of us and we went into the small room. The perfect sendoff for a perfect Father. Thanks to all at Pure Cremation, what was such a sad time was made easier to cope with your support. Teresa Smith Daughter of Zygmunt Baranek. x”
