“I contacted Pure Cremation within an hour of my dad’s death. They made an incredibly stressful upsetting time easier by being so very patient and understanding whilst guiding me through the necessary details. When they arrived to take my dad away they were so caring and respectful and managed my dad as if he were still alive. It felt like it was important to them too as opposed to just being a service to be fulfilled. Thankyou so much.”

“Everybody involved were very kind and it all went very smoothly so very grateful. My only suggestion is finding a better way of sorting the payment if a plan hasn’t been set up prior to somebody passing away to avoid having to do it immediately on the day after losing someone when you are dealing with that loss. Either have the payment details beforehand to be processed on the day or do it on a subsequent day. Apart from that, would highly recommend and am certainly considering it for myself!”

“Pure Cremation acted precisely the way they advertise. With dignity and professionally. Kept us informed from start to finish. The only very small criticism I have is that the family wanted to get together on the day of the cremation but they could not give us a time when this would take place.”
