“There was no pressure put on me, I was advised to take my time and be certain that Pure Cremation was right for my mother. The staff were professional, courteous and informative at every stage and if I needed a question answering they were always available. The woman who returned my mother’s ashes to me was lovely, very compassionate and caring and she made time to talk to me. The whole process was handled efficiently and smoothly and I would recommend this company.”

“I can't speak highly enough about the amazing service we received. From the moment Pure Cremations came to collect my mum. The men that collected mum were so kind, the spoke to mum by name, told her what they were doing as if she was still with us. They transferred her beautifully and drove away so nice and slowly. I was called to say that mum had arrived safely, and called to tell me the day of cremation. I have told family and friends 🧡 how Pure Cremations, made everything more bearable. Thank you to all the beautiful kind staff. ❤️”

“Caring and informed you at each step of the process. Delivery of ashes was done with compassion and a friendly hug which helped a lot on the day. Would certainly recommend to friends and family considering this type of funeral plan.”

“We highly recommend Pure Cremation. They are a helpful, caring and compassionate company who look after your loved one who has passed. They kept us updated from the day they had mum in their care, the date of her committal and when she would be returned to us. We say a big thank you to Helen who brought mums ashes to us and had the time to have a coffee with us and talk about mums life ❤️ Thank you again for making mums cremation feel special xxx”

“My wife passed away suddenly at a young age and we didn’t have anything in place, they were all lovely when speaking to myself on the phone and were very understanding when I was crying.. my wife was delivered in person which was a lovely thing. Will more than likely set up my own plan through them once life settles down.”

“My recent experience of Pure Cremation was more than satisfactory, I wasn't sure about it at first but from the beginning I found the staff and the service exemplary. Throughout the whole process they were professional, informative and empathetic, my husband was treated with the greatest respect at all times. I now feel confident that when my time comes Pure Cremation are people that I want to be taking care of me and I have told my family this.”

“Pure Cremation were so caring and professional from the beginning right up to the day they brought my mams ashes home, I had a lovely lady called Olivia assigned to myself she kept me updated every step of her journey. This may not be for everyone as depending on when and where your loved one passes things can take a little longer than a conventional funeral, my mam passed away in hospital on a weekend on 31st Aug and I received her ashes on 1st of Oct, it was meant to be the week before but I wasn't available on the day they had planned to bring her home but it was what my mam wanted and it's how I plan to go when it is my time, I certainly couldn't fault Pure Cremation at all.”

“This was an easy process to arrange at the beginning but I didn’t realise how long the whole process would take I was a bit shocked. My aunts ashes were given back to me over 4 weeks of her passing I did think it would be a lot sooner. Also I did find I had to chase for updates numerous times as i wasn’t aware of what was happening. However the staff were really friendly whenever I did speak to them.”

“Customer service brilliant, dedicated person rang us , compassion towards us was brilliant, good organisation, dealing with pure cremation they took a lot of stress off us during our loss , delivery of the ashes by Steve he showed empathy towards us when delivering the ashes, overall great experience”
