“Pure Cremation acted precisely the way they advertise. With dignity and professionally. Kept us informed from start to finish. The only very small criticism I have is that the family wanted to get together on the day of the cremation but they could not give us a time when this would take place.”

Our care support team will always confirm a date of cremation however, we cannot confirm an exact time due to many factors that can impact this time frame. “I can definitely recommend Pure Cremation 100%. The compassion and empathy they showed throughout the whole process from the first call, arranging the committal for my father and when delivering his ashes was outstanding. “We have just used Pure Cremation for the 2nd time. The first was 4 years ago. The whole process from the initial phone call until ashes are hand delivered back to you is so easy. The staff are very informative and empathetic. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend them.”

“I recently had to arrange a friend's funeral already paid for with pure cremation. From the initial contact to the delivery of her ashes to me, they were so helpful in explaining everything to me. From collection of her from her home to final end of process. They were respectful and helpful. Totally recommend.”

“Pure cremation was amazing when my husband passed they rang me to keep me informed of what was happening and they were kind and thoughtful all the way through the process. They hand delivered his ashes which came in a lovely urn thankyou so much for all your kindness you showed me and keep up the good work you are amazing”
