“Very pleased with all aspects of the Process from start to finish. Kept well-informed throughout. I would use them in the future. I was very comfortable with the gentleman who delivered the ashes, he was very calming and made me feel at ease. Rhoda Campbell”

“I was very impressed by the way I was kept informed each step of the journey. Everyone was kind and professional. The ashes were brought to me in person by a very smart man who was thoughtful and kind. The container was really nice and looks lovely in my bedroom on my dresser.”

“Excellent customer service. The lovely lady called Chloe who dealt with us and all the others i spoke to, even the gentleman who brought the ashes home, where really nice and very good at dealing with all my concerns. Nothing was too much trouble, they all make you feel that your call is important to them. I would without reservation recommend this company to everyone.”

“Pure Cremation does everything they say they will do, from collection of dear departed through to delivery of ashes to your home. I received phone calls advising me of progress throughout.”

“In a painful time of need. Pure Cremation, dealt with me with empathy, care and understanding throughout the process. In their final act of kindness, they sent an angel, (Emma Soul) to bring My husband back to me. Thank you to everyone who helped, during the unexpected loss of Alex.”

“Hi I have sent an e-mail to Stephanie to thank her and all of her colleagues for their help and support to me the daughter of the deceased . A difficult tine was made so much easier and i wouldnt hesitate to promote your services . My mams ashes were recently returned to with care by a lovely gentleman aswell Kind regards Lynn Sanders My mam was Sheila Phipps Lanaghan”

“We were very impressed by the whole package we received when looking after my Mum. It helped Dad so much, at an already traumatic time for him. Mum was treated with dignity. I'd like to thank the guys who came to take mum on her journey and the lovely lady who bought her home to us. Everyone I dealt with were marvellous. It has put our minds at rest as Dad also has a package in place for him when that time comes along. Not for a while though, hopefully!! Highly recommend”

“Pure cremation helped me recently with the passing of my wife Everything they promised was carried out professionally if there was any suggestion at all needed maybe to remain in contact more often as the person left behind worries unnecessarily. I will definitely ask my family to organise my cremation when the time comes and thank them for all they did for me.”

“I organised my husbands aunts funeral from Ireland. From start to finish the service was exceptional, I originally spoke to Julia & was passed on to Stephanie who dealt with everything for us in a very kind & courteous manner.
