“When initially discussed with my parents who had looked into Pure Cremation as to how my brother and I felt it was with some hesitancy that I stated we would respect their wishes. Why ? I had not heard of the service before apart from TV adverts. How would I deal with closure that I felt surely you managed better having only attending 'traditional' cremation service and a few humanist funerals. My concerns were unfounded as in dealing with Pure Cremation we experienced a high degree of empathy genuinely compassion felt when speaking with the teams on the telephone. Unlike other call centre style operations this was on a different level of customer experience. Low waiting times, a callback system that worked and a service that not only exceeded expectation but simply did what it said it was going to do. All this at a time of much emotion really supported our needs. As for the closure, well our stepfathers ashes were delivered on the date and time stated by a wonderfully kind man who wouldn't leave my mother until he was sure that she was ok, and our family scattered his ashes on the day we planned under a beautiful oak tree at his beloved cricket club. Simply thank you to all those who we dealt with for your compassion and kindness. My mother has since discussed Pure Cremation with her friends and neighbours and told us that at least four couples are looking to seek out the service.”

“Everyone I spoke to were kind, helpful and respectful. Their service is efficient and straightforward, they kept me up to date with the process and took the worry out of my hands. I only contacted Pure Cremation on the evening my husband died and yet they organised everything so quickly. When they brought my husband's ashes back to me it was done in a very kind and gentle manner. I would highly recommend Pure Cremation.”

“I can’t fault the service. The communication was excellent, and everything went very smoothly. Every contact I had with them was very pleasant and respectful. When the ashes were hand delivered to the house the guy couldn’t have been nicer.”

“They handled the process very well, it alleviated so much stress and worry for me at a very trying time. I had visions of having to do lots of running around ,collecting loads of paperwork etc but no it was seamless and the team had a great phone manner and were always very polite and patient and answered all my questions so thankyou to all at Pure Cremations”

“Whilst it is not Pure Cremation's fault, I have struggled with the process as felt the process was like organising car insurance. Pure Cremation should consider issuing the £100 voucher when the account is set up and NOT when arrangements have been made to collect and process the deceased. This I found cold and heartless. However, Pure Cremation was appropriate for what my aunt wanted”

“It was extremely thoughtful of Pure Cremation to offer a £100 gift card to say thank you for my custom on the early death of my daughter. Unfortunately it never materialized, I have queried the whereabouts of this gift card but have heard nothing. Weazel words Pure Cremation.”

“Thought it took far to long for my mums ashes to come back,then they forgot her rings so had to come back again which was very distressing for us has a family”
