“At a really important and dreadful moment in time Pure Cremation were superb. They did everything they could to make the bad time better and easier. Cannot fault them from beginning to end,and am extremely glad that I have a plan in place and that they will look after me too.”

“I couldn't ask for better customer service during a really tough time. Wendy who I initially dealt with was so calm, professional and helpful. I was advised and contacted throughout. Rick then delivered my mum's ashes and he was lovely. I couldn't recommend enough and thanks for making a difficult time so much less stressful. Very much appreciated”

“Excellent service throughout kept updated regularly. Maybe would be nice to get a phone call after cremation and before email regarding delivery of ashes. Staff lovely and Terence that brought dads ashes back friendly and warm.”

“The staff are highly professional, the service is excellent but not giving a rough time for cremation was the only thing we found uneasy as knowing would have helped our family gathering to process the death.”

We are unable to offer an approximate time for cremation as this is down to the discretion of the crematorium and might change considerably, resulting in unnecessary anxiety about all other aspects of our care and communication. “My father wanted a no fuss and inexpensive funeral, he didn't want to burden his family with a big expensive when he died. I helped him purchase a funeral from Pure Cremation about 2 years ago. My father passed away May 2024 and all I had to do was make a phone call to PC and everything was sorted out seamlessly. At a time when you are grieving the last thing you want to do is organise a loved ones funeral, then you have all the upset of going to the actual funeral, watching those left behind crying uncontrollably. For my dad, and our family, this has been a really good decision and has made loosing my father that much easier to deal with, especially knowing this was what my dad wanted and as a family we respected his decision.”

“Your service was fantastic. Alison who took care of my mother was very supportive. The delivery of her ashes was by a very caring person . I could not fault your service from the point of collecting my mother to the delivery of her ashes. I was kept informed very step of the way. So I would like to say a very big thank you to everyone at Pure Cremation, for a sad time made bearable.”
