“Caring, helpful, always available by phone, professional, discrete, respectful, informative, accommodating, reliable and patient. The staff are definitely not trying to sell their services to you and are happy to give you all the information, including prices, without any pressure sales techniques. I would recommend them.”

“I think a pure cremation package is fine for deceased person but not for the family and friends left behind, it is very impersonal. I also think you should make it clearer on your documentation about family being able to attend the actual cremation. My documents stated that for a small fee of £200 to £400, family could attend. When I enquired it was actually £700, only 12 people could attend and the actual crematorium would be a long way away from where we live. You should make this clearer on your documentation as I think it is very misleading. I would not recommend pure cremation for people leaving loved ones behind”

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to leave a review. A Pure Cremation plan is only for an unattended committal only, however, we do offer the option for families to attend a small gathering at the time of need. This is something that is not included in our pre-paid plan, although we do provide a guide as to what this might cost at the time and this can change based on many factors. With this in mind, we have since reviewed our documentation and made positive changes to ensure plan holders have all the information to make a considered choice. “Our friend died with no funeral plan I called pure cremation and they took all the worry out of it very efficient,caring and kept us up to date with all that was happening. Would definitely recommend it and will be telling my family to use them.”

“My late Cousin expressed the wish to be cremated & his ashes scattered at his favourite haunt near home. From first to last,Pure Cremation provided an outstanding service:All staff members provided empathy & support.clearly understanding that bereavement is invariably a particularly difficult time:Initially,I spoke with Alex,who clearly explained all the procedures & provided relevant info & paperwork:A dedicated staff member telephoned me at every stage:The ashes were delivered to my home address in person by hand. I have no hesitation in recommending Pure Cremation to anyone seeking this kind of funeral procedure, I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the service, which were provided in a timely manner. Thank you”

“At this very sad time PureCremations helped me through a difficult time ,from the beginning they treated me with respect,and helped me through a heartbreaking time. They put my mind at ease ,caring for my loved one. They explained everything in a sympathetic way ,putting my feelings first. Helping me through the the sad time from collecting my Barbara from the hospital ,helping me through the cremation,and bringing her home to me ,her home .Thank you Pure Cremation.”
