“Pure Cremation have been great. Acting as a loved ones executor is not easy but having Kerry (our point of contact) took some of the pressure off. My Dad had already decided and planned everything he wanted and Pure Cremation followed that to the letter; which meant we could have a joyful wake to celebrate Dad's life without the ceremony and sadness of a funeral. Pure Cremation helped me give Dad the send off he wanted and for that I am very grateful.”

“I’d just like to send a massive thank you to all the team at Pure Cremation. When my dad passed away in hospital I wasn't sure what the procedure would be. After making contact with Pure a lovely lady talked me through everything. I was then contacted by Julia who was overseeing my dad care, she made things so easy especially at a difficult time, if I needed to know anything she was there to ask. The whole experience was made so much easier because of the care and expertise of the staff. I have received the ashes this week, hand delivered and in a beautiful container. I would highly recommend your service to anyone. Thank you Pure Cremation!”

“Everything went smoothly and we were treated with respect and compassion during the process of our Daughters cremation. We were kept up to date with everything that went on and the ashes were delivered with care and compassion on our requested date.”

“So easy to set up. My mum sorted her plan out for a no fuss, no bother, cremation. When the time came to get intouch with Pure Cremation I felt they were so supportive over the phone. I had a lovely lady as my personal contact, who spent her time asking me about mum and her life. When her colleagues came to collect mum they were so professional and smart and nothing was too much trouble for them. Mums ashes were returned to us in the same professional way. Thank you to all”

“I just want to say Thankyou for everything you did to make it just bearable for us. You did everything we wanted for our son. You kept us informed in everything what was happening to my boy. This is what he wanted and will never ever forget it. You were so kind and asked me what we wanted. Kept me informed every step of my son’s resting. You even fetched him back to us for Xmas which we didn’t expect. But Thankyou for doing that. What we asked for we got. But I personally found we got a lot of care given to us. Thankyou so much for looking after my boy.xxx”

“My Father Passed away on the 26th of October, we began the cremation process around the 30th of October. The start of the process was straight forward and Pure cremation were polite and helpful providing the details on what would happen. The whole process as stated on their website should be completed in around 16 days. I did not get my fathers ashes back untill the 17th of December. Pure Cremation did not inform us the crematorium being used to cremate my father was under refurbishment, I only found this out when I made a call to find out what was going on. I was told I would get a call the day after the cremation which was the 2nd of december, I did not recieve this so when I called to see if the cremation had taken place and query why I did not recieve a call i was then told phone calls after cremation usually happen after around 5 days. The only thing that went as planned was the delivery of my fathers ashes. We were notified of the delivery date and this was correct and the delivery happened without incicent, the lady was incredibly polite and helpful. Pure cremation need to look at their process when crematoriums are under refurbishment or not operating fully because me and my family have had to in a way put our grief on hold while waiting an incredibly long time for the process to be completed. Waiting nearly 2 MONTHS is NOT ACCEPTABLE!”

“I am so pleased I chose Pure Cremations when my husband died as they made the whole procedure very easy. They are very professional and caring and we're always at the end of the phone if I needed any advice. My husbands ashes were returned by hand in a lovely urn soon after the cremation. I cannot fault Pure Cremations and would highly recommend them .”

“This is what my husband wanted but passed away before we had time to contact Pure Cremation l found it very hard at first but they put me at ease and explained all different options l had. Once sorted they then proceeded and they kept in touch how things were going and l was contacted when my husband's ashes would be returned. Emma came who was a lovely lady and made us feel at ease as we were not sure what to expect so yes we would recommend Pure Cremation as more reasonable price then a funeral. So thank you for your help and understanding.”

“Every person i spoke to was so kind compassionate and understanding. When they came for dad they were so respectful and gave us as much time as we needed. They were dressed in black and the vehicle was a black van with just a little logo and when they drove out of the cul de sac they drove very slowly with hazards light on. They let us know when dad was to return and when they come she handed dad to me. My overall view is excellent thank you to everyone that was involved at this sad time.”
