“Efficient and very helpful. My husband's death went to the coroner, there was a long delay as the relevant Dr.was on holiday. Pure Cremation were the only people that kept me up to date throughout the delay. Always polite and the ashes were delivered on time by a very pleasant person.”

“When my father died I was dreading ringing pure cremation as I thought it would be the most difficult out of all the jobs you have to do when a family member passes away how wrong was I they made it so simple they also guided me through the processes Kingsley kept me informed through the whole journey the lady who delivered my dad's ashes back was also fantastic I cannot fault pure cremation and I will certainly be recommending to friends and family thanks again for making it a lot easier than expected.”

“I could not have asked for a better service, from the first call to pure cremation where the procedure was carefully and respectfully gone through and what to expect. Even giving advice on other aspects of someone passing that was beyond their remit. So professional and reassuring from start to finish.”

“Very impressed by Pure Cremation - we did not have a pre-paid plan in place but this did not matter. They were so kind and efficient and made an incredibly difficult time, very easy to manage. From start to finish, their communication was consistent and we felt confident that the most important person in our life was being cared for with dignity and respect.”

“The whole service from start to finish was professional and caring. They arranged a package suitable for my mother and kept us informed of when Mum was collected from the hospital before cremation. My only advice to customers is when calling to check on the very first call when there is availability for the funeral at your chosen location bedore you pay as we had to wait over a month for the funeral which fortunately worked out very well for us in the end with all the things we needed to organise for Mum beforehand. Otherwise this was exactly what Mum would of wanted. Thank you Pure Cremation, it was a beautiful send off.”

“The team at Pure Cremation were a pleasure to deal with, they were sensitive, friendly and informative. The whole process was stress-free from beginning to end. We were given our own customer care advisor (Stephanie Canning) who answered all of our questions very quickly even out of hours and kept us updated as to what was happening and when. The lady who brought my Aunties ashes back to us (Lilly) was lovely. She was very professional and took time to speak to and listen to my Mum. It was my Mum's identical twin sister that had been cremated so this meant a lot to my Mum and to our family too. Thank you.”

“From start to finish your staff were understanding and sincere at a time which is very difficult for me. The slight hiccup was sorted out swiftly and I know my husband would have approved of his wishes being carried out so smoothly. I would like to particularly mention the lady who delivered his ashes.
