“Our brother died young aged 57 from cancer and arranged his own cremation with Pure Cremation. This service is top class and we as a family cannot fault it. They have kept us up to date all the way through the process and delivered our brothers ashes back to us by a wonderful guy who is very passionate about the work they do, and we can see why. We would recommend Pure Cremation as a company. Thank you for taking care of our brother.”

“Yes overall I was very pleased with the process. I rarely spoke t9 the same person though when I needed help which made it a bit confusing at times.”

“Sadly very disappointed with the service offered. Even though it’s not a traditional funeral I still expected some kind of customer service. Despite being told someone would be contacting us no one did I had to keep contacting them to find out what was happening. Then when finally someone called they didn’t even have the decency to get my mums name correct. Would not recommend t all in your time of grief you want the process to be as painless and easy as possible. Unfortunately we did not receive that.”

“Pure Cremation recently handled the cremation of my brother in law; they collected him on the day of his death and kept us well in touch of what happened then and when and where the cremation would take place so that we could keep everybody informed. It's simple, easy and very efficient, I'd recommend Pure Cremation to anybody.”

“Thank you so much to the Pure Cremation team, in particular Kingsley and Emily, for providing such a caring and thoughtful service. From the very first phone call every single operator and team member has been kind, prompt to respond, and has made the process as smooth as possible. We are very grateful and would like to thank you for taking such good care of mum. Her ashes were delivered today by one of your team who was professional, polite and took the time to tell us it was a privilege to deliver mum safely. Thank you.”

“The simplest, economical, dignified way to leave this world. Simplest because it really was just one phone call and everything else fell into place, economical because it didn’t cost anywhere near the amount of a funeral/burial and dignified because relatives and the deceased are treated with the courtesy and care they need at such a sad time. You really have a wonderful team and I would recommend you to anyone requiring this service. Thank you again.”

“Customer service prior to the attended committal was fantastic, with the persons in attendance on the day being very professional and helpful. I was extremely disappointed and somewhat annoyed that my mothers ashes were returned (rather attempted to be returned) without prior agreement or even warning. My father who was the recipient wasn’t home and was staying with us 250 miles away. When I reported this to the Andover office it was not dealt with even though I was promised an investigation and response.”

“The first two weeks after my Mother was taken into your care were a bit of a disaster, your Company did not take into account that my mother was in a Cottage Hospital with only a Chapel of Rest, only then was the process started in somewhat of a panic. Because of this, the paperwork was left behind. Nothing was progressed for two weeks, there was no feedback off yourselves, it was only after numerous phone calls and an Email that I was appointed a Case Handler that things started to progress. Once Emily took charge everything went well. There after everything went well and the problems were forgotten about. So I will say a massive thank you for your services on Behalf of my Father and myself. Kindest Regards Dave Thomas.”

“Everyone we dealt with from the first phone call were professional but caring. What was an awful time was made easier by the efficient service. “Everyone I had contact with at Pure Cremation have been very respectful. They treated my late husband with such care and sensitivity. When Rick returned the ashes he was very caring and took time to talk to me, not just rush off. I would highly recommend them.”
