“I have used pure cremation on two occasions now for both my mum and dad and both times equally was treated with the upmost sympathy, care and concern and professionalism I would recommend them to anyone as they are excellent. Thank you, what an amazing team”

“Absolutely wonderful customer service from start to finish. Cannot fault the staff, the system and the procedures in any way. Kept me up to date with everything and lovely support from staff at every step. 10 out of 10 from me. Now myself and family members will be using Pure Cremation ourselves.”

“Very impressed with this service. Gail and Kirsty were so compassionate and professional. They made an extremely hard time for me go smoothly and easy. I was also impressed with how professional and friendly Iain was when he delivered my husband's ashes to me. I will definitely let family and friends know how impressed I am with Pure Cremation.”

“As a family we were very pleased the way Pure Cremations looked after my mother when she passed away recently. They phoned regularly to keep us up to date with what was happening and they returned her ashes exactly when they said they would. I have recommended Pure Cremations to a number of people.”

“My daughter Ilona dealt with all the arrangements for my mum's "funeral". I have to say I am blown away by the whole process of Pure Cremation. Right from the beginning fetching mums body to delivering her ashes yesterday the team were nothing but incredible. Sincere, professional, caring, keeping us up to date and well informed what was happening. We had a terrible 4weeks of hassle with our GPs issuing a death certificate and the team at Pure Cremation dealt with everything so beautifully. From the bottom of our hearts we can't thank you enough. x”

“My mum arranged her own Pure Cremation long before she. Found out she was Ill. She just wanted something simple so the family didn’t have to go through the whole funeral thing. I was a little sceptical to be honest. However from the first call I had to make to arrange the collection and cremation they were amazing. Very respectful abd caring when needed. The two gentlemen that collected mum were so professional and respectful from the moment they arrived to the time they left. Every person I had to deal with were amazing. Very helpful and totally understood how things needed to be handled. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“I cannot thank Pure Cremation enough, from the first phone call everyone I spoke to were polite, professional and considerate, they kept me well informed with regular updates due to there being an issue with the doctors to proceed but they worked their hardest to sort this out for me, I would highly recommend Pure cremation for a hassle free choice for their loved ones.”
