“From the start, I could not have been more satisfied with the help given when arranging my Mother's funeral. The enquiry line staff were helpful and happy to help with any query, not pushy and trying to get me to sign up, just professional and informative about every process. I felt the pricing was fair and justified. When the sad day came when I needed to put my Mother's plan into use, the help and comfort given from start to finish was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble and there were no hidden added extras. I was kept well informed of every part of Mum's journey and she was returned to me on the day stated and with advance notice of the time by a lovely gentleman (Callum) who offered to stay with me if I needed him as I was alone when Mum was returned showing true concern for my grief. I would not hesitate to recommend and use the Pure Cremation service myself, knowing the care and respect given. A beautifully caring company. ❤️”

“My mum chose pure cremation to have an easy and simple cremation and for me to not to have to deal with any upset or undue stress on me with arrangements. what an amazing supportive, kind ,and caring team throughout the whole process they really did care for not just My mum but also myself. I asked silly questions but this was all part of the service nothing was ever a silly question to them, pure cremation called and kept me up to date throughout the whole process to what was happening support was amazing! The delivery of my mums ashes was with care and love the guy who handed over the ashes was also very kind, and respectful I'm happy to have my mums ashes home again with me, the way they arrived back to me as well, everything I asked for was there nothing was ever to much for them they have all gone above and beyond. Most amazing staff, who really listened when I needed someone to talk to and even to now I have been told I can call at any time if I want to chat or ask any questions and that's why I can highly recommend this service and definitely a company I would give more than 5* to because I have had nothing but a wonderful relationship throughout with pure cremation. So thank you to everyone who works at pure cremation in Andover, your service was 10/10 I can not thank you all enough for the support you have all given to me. I would also like to say thank you to the manager of pure cremation, after watching the u tube videos was such a blessing so I could see what was happening and the process you use and where my mum was resting, these videos definitely helped me so please as the future goes on keep the videos up because I found them very supportive to me and would also help others when loved ones choose to use your company.”

“Wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Pure Cremation, they kept us informed throughout the whole process and were very supportive. Not only did they care for my lovely husband but they always asked me if I was ok and did I need any support or someone to talk to.”

“Very understanding and helpful on the phone, talked through everything and wasn’t rushed. Kept me updated with what was happening throughout the process. We had used Pure Cremation for my Dad a few months before and had no hesitation in using them for my husband. Would highly recommend them.”

“I used pure cremation for my mum. It was a simple and easy process, they picked my mum up straight from the hospital. She was cremated once the paperwork was completed. They brought my mum back to my home, this helped alleviate the stress and anguish of losing my lovely mum. I could not recommend them enough. They also answered any questions when I did not understand the process. Kingsley was amazing and kept in touch throughout the process. The person who delivered my mums ashes was incredibly supportive and even hugged me when I become emotional. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much pure cremation! “A wonderful service from start to finish. Caring & considerate staff who kept me informed of my mum’s progress and checked I was ok - without being too intrusive. My husband, the sceptic, was so impressed he is going to organise a Pure Cremation for himself, as I have for myself. Thank you Pure Cremation”
