“Pure Cremation dealt with my death brillantly. They kept me informed all the way through the process and handled any queries with dignity and were very professional. They truely made losing my dad much easier and cannot fault the service we received from them.”

“From the first contact we had, via the telephone, to the last, when the ashes were returned to us, we were really impressed by the professionalism, kindness, thoughtfulness and care shown by everyone we spoke to. The whole process was really easy to follow, very simple forms to fill out, easy to send back. When contacted, as progress was made by Pure Cremation, we were totally satisfied by the way the information was given to us and how kind the people telephoning us were. Four of us have now left instructions for Pure Cremation to be used when we die. Highly recommend Pure Cremation.”

“A big Thankyou to the whole team. I spoke to several ladies during the stressful time organising my husband's cremation, and they were all extremely professional, gave clear information and were happy to listen to any concerns I had. Particular thanks to Wendy who was my main point of contact for her kindness and understanding. I have since spoken to many friends, neighbours and colleagues about the process and have been asked for more information on your service by several of them. Thankyou.”

“I was apprehensive on calling but from the first call they was really kind, professional and made an horrific time so much easier . They remained supportive right to the end. We never felt rushed to make a decision and when returning our loved one’s ashes the compassion and respect shown was better than we could ever imagine”

“Very impressed with the service and professionalism which we received by Pure cremation. We didn't have a bit g budget for an expensive funeral but what we received in return was exceptional and great value for money. I would highly recommend Pure cremation to anyone , especially on a budget. The days of spending thousands of pounds on a funeral are changing and pure cremation are the way forward.”

“Excellent in all aspects...easy to arrange, keep you informed at every stage. Everyone i spoke to was compassionate and understanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. In fact, i have told my daughter that is what I want when my time comes!”

“I was very pleased with all my interactions with Pure Cremation. “Excelent caring people who delt with things very sypatheticaly. only improvement was I didn't realise we could enclose tokens (in our case 4 Roses )with the coffin. If my Daughter had't asked we wouldn't have it may be we hadn't read everything but if the question was asked to everyone it would be nice. We have elderly family and everyone celebrated her life in their own way. but replicating the 4 roses ment we were united although apart.”
