“We as a family want to thank everyone at Pure Cremation for the impeccable way they conducted mums cremation & return to us. From the 1st phone call i had to make to them on her death they treated us with so much respect and care. The couple that collected Mum both showed respect and care to Mum and the grieving family. Everyone i spoke to during the process showed the same care and respect. The two Ladies that returned Mum to me were caring, friendly and very patient. I will be using their services when the time comes.”

“I am beyond impressed with the service my mum and I received in arranging cremation with Pure. There was no pre paid plan in place for my Dad but from start to finish they staff were outstanding! They explained the process professionally and thoroughly with so much compassion I am over whelmed. Everyone we had contact with were so kind and thoughtful even to the point of leaving me a voicemail having spoken to my mum about arrangements for the delivery of Dad's ashes, to let me know she became upset on the call and I may want to check in with her! When the ashes were delivered the lady was so kind to my mum it meant the world. I cannot recommend Pure Cremation enough for their service at such a difficult and what can be an over whelming time Thank you so much for everything. Sharon x”

“Excellent service from the beginning to the end caring but efficient they kept me informed every step of the way and my husbands ashes were hand delivered at a time convenient to me by the most loveliest lady called Helen who was very comforting to me they made such a bad time more bearable Excellent service”

“Words cant describe how much I appreciate everything that pure cremation has done for me. At this devastating time i was unsure about what I was doing but the pure cremation team talked me through it step by step with kindness and compassion throughout. They looked after my father with the upmost care and respect and I cant thank them enough. My father is back home with me now, and at this heartbreaking time I'm comforted to know he was well looked after. I will forever be grateful.”

“Very kind and kept me informed. 2 weeks to collect from hospital whuch was longer than I expected but thar probably was the hospital taking so long with paperwork. It was what my brother wanted but would not be for me. Must put after cremation was quick to bring the ashes to me in a lovely container.”

“My husbands death was dealt with efficiently and sensitively and I cannot fault the kindness of the private ambulance drivers who came to collect him from our home. I was however distressed and upset when I received my husbands ashes back and there had been an error providing extra pouches which I had rang and requested. On an emotional day when my husband was being returned home my daughter had to ring and sort a solution. An operative will be coming back to the home to separate them, which is upsetting and not something I wished to happen, but the only solution. The matter was dealt with well, however it's not something I would wish on any other family.”

“Truly amazing service. From the moment mum was collected to receiving her ashes. They collected mum and made her bed before leaving. Kept informed every step of the way, helped with chasing Gp for medical certificate. Was kept informed on service date and delivery date. Ashes arrived in a beautiful box. Thank you Pure Cremation.”

“I cannot recommend Pure Cremation enough. From the initial call with one of their staff called Tom in April to see what options were open to us (my mother was on Palliative Care so I was preparing myself for the time to come), to the lovely lady who handed me my mothers ashes; everyone I spoke to and met were kind and considerate and helpful and professional in equal measure. We opted for the At Need service rather than one of the Pre-paid plans due to my mother's health situation. The only problem I had was when calling to arrange collection of my mother's remains I was told I needed to pay the invoice before a collection could be made. But I explained that I had spoken to Tom previously who said payment can be made after her Life Assurance policy had come through, this was accepted without question so although a problem it wasn't a major one (it's just something to be aware of if you are thinking of going down this route). The two undertakers (I don't know what else to call them) arrived and once they had completed their task they stood at the corner of the vehicle and bowed their heads which was a lovely and unexpected gesture, then drove slowly away with their hazard lights flashing. My mother died on the 1st July 2024 at 7:30pm, her Committal took place on the 17th July and her ashes were hand delivered to me on the 30th July. From start to finish I was kept informed on progress and when I had to call, my call was answered swiftly and dealt with compassionately and with humour that I instigated. The lovely lady who hand delivered mums ashes to me did get lost, but honestly that's our fault for living in the middle of nowhere and sharing our postcode with a number of properties. Honestly my mum would have found it very amusing to know her ashes were handed back to me outside our local garage (It's where I had to fetch the District Nurses from to attest to mum's passing on the night she died as they got lost too). My advice, make sure you give them your What3Words location and that they are able to use it (the undertakers did). I will definitely be recommending this service to others and plan to be cremated in this way too when my time comes. Mum and I both agreed that normal cremations (and crematoriums) are depressing, you feel like you're on a conveyer belt as one funeral ends another is about to pop through the door behind you. As family members you have to stand at the end while people process past you expressing their condolences (again), and then rather than being able to go home you have to join them all for tea and cakes in a local pub/cafe and make small talk. This way, we don't have to mourn mum's death in public we get to celebrate her life, when my dad and brother get around to arranging the scattering of her ashes; I did everything else :) Thank you to everyone I dealt with at Pure Cremation x”

“From begging to end of this service i could not fault anything, from E.Mails to telephone calls. From them collecting my mother in law from the hospital to bringing her home, the service was very professional and caring. My own parents are with pure cremation, and after dealing with them with my Mother in law, i am now feeling so much at ease and will not have any concerns about my parents when its time .”
