“The whole process from start to finish was amazing. The care and the way in which it was dealt with was amazing. The day my step dad passed away and the call was made it was so professionally dealt with. When they came to collect him they were unbelievable and it was so professional, we couldn't have asked for anything better. They were in constant contact in regards to the cremation and the day his ashes came back home. All in all....absolutely brilliant.”

“Care and sensitivity are two words that come to mind when I think of how the team at Purecremation dealt with every aspect of my late husband’s cremation. There was efficiency and attentiveness when they took him away, informing me about when the commital ceremony took place so that friends and family could mark the day as remembrance and then the professional delivery of his ashes in a beautiful urn. Thank you for making the most challenging time in my life so calm and peaceful. Rani Smith”

“Two of my family members Mum and Stepdads deaths were handled by this company and I can not fault them for their service and kindness. Professional from beginning to the end. They kept me informed every step of the way. I have not been paid to put this on here. All of us are guilty of berating a company for bad service and in this case I want to say how happy I am with the service this company provided. In my case each were 6 years apart, but the service was just as impeccable. I will in the near future be buying pre-paid plans for my husband and I , thats how satisfied I am. 1000% recommend this company.”

“Extremely professional and efficient service at a difficult time. Everyone we spoke to was very empathetic, this made the whole experience less traumatic than expected. To anyone thinking of having this kind of cremation I would recommend pure cremation.”
