Dear Mr Critchett, Thank you for this feedback, which is greatly appreciated. Looking at the details in full, unfortunately the hospital took longer than we would normally expect to complete the legal paperwork needed before we can bring someone into our care, therefore we had to re-arrange our collection date following guidance from the hospital. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this but I am pleased to see you were kept updated by our team regularly. We aim to hand deliver ashes back to the chosen address within 21 days, however we do offer priority delivery if preferred. Ashes can also be collected directly from our crematorium 48 hours after the cremation has taken place. Kindest regards, Mia

“Excellent service for people who don't want a traditional funeral and would rather celebrate the life of someone rather than focus on their loss. Pure Cremation were extremely efficient and respectful at all times and I would highly recommend them.”

“Both my mum and mother in law died within weeks of each other, and we used pure cremations for both of them. I must say the empathy, customer service and communication were outstanding. Everything was explained step by step and my support worker julia was amazing. And on the day my mum was brought home,I was so impressed on how the process was, and the lovely urn that contains my mums ashes. This made a very sad occasion a lot easier for me, thank you to all at pure cremation your amazing”

Not much surprise me but they absolutely took my breath away with how they do everything and where nothing was to much trouble . “They were extremely kind and sensitive. I was informed about everything that was going on with my husband. The gentleman who delivered his ashes was thoughtful and careful of my feelings. Very kind. It was David's choice to use Pure Cremation. He loved his family too much to put them through a traditional funeral. It made everything less stressful for me and my family. Thank you.”

“I have received excellent customer service from Pure cremation. My Mum passed away suddenly and the initial phone call was handled by the advisor sensitively and professionally. I have been informed every step of the way, advisors are wonderful. From this positive experience I have arranged my own and my husband’s plan.”

“Excellent service received. The Guys who collected my dad were respectful, patiently waited while we said goodbye, and were compassionate. I was contacted on every step of dads journey, when he was brought home, the lady was very polite and respectful. As difficult as this was for us, I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Very helpful in a difficult time. When the call was made Pure Cremation made the arrangements for quick pick up of the remains. Was notified and kept informed throughout the process. Delivery of the ashes was done very discreetly and in a dignified manner.”

“Pure Cremation do a good job overall in that they specialise in a no-fuss cremation for those who want this, so family and friends can celebrate the loved one's life in their own way. They treat the matter with respect and many staff members are friendly and kind. However, in my experience, communication was unclear and minimal, and admin messy. When you've just lost someone so close and feel vulnerable, the last thing you need is to keep chasing up people who promise time and again that they're going to call you, but fail to do so. It's really not nice. I was so patient and understanding about it but inside it hurt. Overall the experience with PC was fine, but I'd recommend some better staff training not to leave bereaved people in the lurch.”

“Really excellent from start to finish. Dad didn’t have a plan, but he had expressed a wish to use Pure Cremation. When the time came and I got in touch, communication was excellent and as we had our individual contact Stephanie to deal with any questions and queries, I felt well informed throughout. The whole process was well organised, straightforward and very professionally conducted. Communication was excellent and we felt confident at all times that dad was in good hands. Those representatives from the company that we met in person were friendly, considerate and caring. I would highly recommend this company and indeed I have already done so to friends and colleagues who were asking.”
