“From the initial contact after the passing of my loved one,to the final delivery of the ashes,I couldn’t have wished for a more caring,professional and thoughtful service.I was constantly informed of each stage of the process and questions were dealt with patiently and with thought.I was made to feel special which at this sort of time is incredibly important.My loved one was referred to as “in our care”or she would be coming home,just so special. The kind and lovely lady who delivered the ashes was very helpful and a little thing but it counted for a lot was the smartness of her appearance in her pure cremation uniform. Thank you so much for making an unbearable time more bearable.”

“Twice in a year and a half we have used pure cremation , from beginning to end they are by far the best and nicest team to deal with when a loved one passes, I can’t rate them enough they definitely go above and beyond”

“Would recommend Pure Cremation to anyone. From the first time we contacted them to look after our mum the service was second to none. Extremely efficient service with sympathy and empathy. We were kept in touch regarding every single step of the journey. This is the first experience of a Cremation and no funeral! The only down side was the length of time it took. Was longer than a funeral, but when we got mums ashes back, the young lady was so professional and kind. She spoke about mum as if she was a personal friend, this meant a lot to us. Thank you PC, excellent service.”

“We received an excellent service from Pure Cremation from the time I notified them of my dad's death. They kept me informed of the collection of dad's body from the coroner, the date of his committal, and the date my dad's ashes would be returned to me. The staff were very helpful, understanding and sympathetic. Dad's ashes were returned by hand and the gentleman brought him into the house and placed him on a small table where I had prepared a small memorial to him. Dad's ashes are in a biodegradable container with a nature scene on the outside, fitting as he loved gardening.”

“We found pure cremation very sympathetic, helpful and understanding and respectful. Keeping us updated on the process. “Mum chose pure cremation so we, didn't have to worry about expenses I thought the service was, good the only thing was, they didn't tell us a time on the day of cremation”
