From the first phone all the staff at pure were understanding and helpful. I was kept informed about what was happening and when. I was very satisfied with the service and the kindness of the staff.

My mother prearranged her end of life care plan with pure cremation and I found them very professional, understanding and considerate to deal with.

You are taking my mum away from her home to cremate her and return not to her eldest but to her son who is refusing to share her with me I am grieving with the loss of mum I want her ashes returned to me in Swindon for a private farewell for me instead of having go to a house where someone is controlling all contact

An appropriate person has instructed Pure Cremation to carry out the cremation arrangements. In their capacity as the Applicant, they are responsible for the cremation arrangements and instructions for ashes either in accordance with the deceased person’s wishes as set out in a Will, or if no instructions exist within a Will, then as the Applicant considers appropriate. On this basis, we are required to take our instructions from the Applicant. While we appreciate this is a sensitive issue, we are unable to provide any information without consent from the Applicant. We would kindly suggest that you contact them directly, alternatively, they can contact us and give authority for you to discuss the details with us. I dont like to give bad reviews but i have to say overall i found pure cremation to be rather disappointing. To begin with payment is expected within 48 hours, which in my opinion is quite disrespectful. The time frame for the return of my sisters ashes was shocking. I was told it would be 22 days (which it was) and when I asked if I could collect them instead I was told that it wouldn't be possible. One of the staff members even got my sisters name wrong! The ladies I spoke with on the phone were all very lovely, I just feel that there are some changes that need to be made to enable pure cremation to be a better service. Moreover, a courtesy phone call after the return of ashes would be a nice touch that would be appreciated.

Pure Cremation was booked and paid for by my Uncle who passed away in November. I found them extremely sensitive right from the start. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and there was always someone on the end of a phone when I needed to speak to them. My Uncle's ashes were delivered to me in a beautiful urn. I would definately recommend them for a simple funeral at a time when you are greiving taking the stress away.

They was the best they looked my mum so good I wanted her home for Christmas 2024 and they did that for me she passed on the 18th of November 2024 I was suppose to her ashes back until the 3rd of January 2025 ...... thay done me so proud thankyou so much from the bottom of my heart ❤️

We have just used the services of Pure Creamation, my father in law who has just deceased had set this up by himself to save the worry and stress for us, I cannot recommend enough, from begining to end the care and compassion was treated in the most highly professional manner. Pure Cremation for us seemed such a no brainer, my FIL has no close relatives or friends and as we are a small family we will have a memorial dinner before we take his ashes back to Ireland. Thank you Pure Cremation.

An excellent all round service which made a rubbish time that little bit better Throughout the process from the initial purchase of the policy to the return of my mums ashes, every member of the team I spoke to without exception was kind, considerate and compassionate. When I bought the policy I didn’t think I’d be using it so soon, but the team helped me through explaining what would happen at each stage in terms of wider government bureaucracy as well as their own service. They didn’t mind repeating information and made me feel that I mattered and it wasn’t just a financial transaction. In fact each person I spoke to even at the point of returning ashes took time to ask how I was doing. I would not hesitate to recommend Pure Cremation.

From the first phone call making initial arrangments through to final return of ashes we received compasion and respect at all stages. Communication was outstanding from start to finish and for us allowed us to grieve without the pressure of arranging a full funeral whilst at our lowest. This has allowed us the time to decide how best to celebrate the life of our loved one without feeling pressured. Thankyou.

I was concerned about the amount time it took to get to the cremation and the amount of time it was going to take to deliver my wife’s ashes to me. Pervert a phone call sorted out the delivery of the ashes and overall I was concerned that they were constantly advertising on tv and yet they were taking three weeks to get to the cremation. However, the driver who delivered my wife’s ashes was dressed in black and was very pleasant and handed her ashes over in a very reverend manner. He came in and was very consoling and pleasant. So all in all I was pleased with Pure Cremation.

If it wasn’t for the lovely lady who delivered my Grandad back to me you would have got a zero!!! My Grandad died at 1pm on the 22nd of November , the nursing home called to let you know at 1:30pm and by 1:33pm a young girl called my phone asking me all types of questions, I asked her “Please can you call back in a bit” he’s literally not even cold, she was rude and COMPLETELY out of order and wouldn’t listen to my requests causing me to feel pressured into completing the phone call there and then, I was in floods of tears and she just didn’t care. I will NEVER recommend
