“My experience with Pure Cremation Ltd was outstanding the member of staff (Wendy) guided me through all the details and listen sympathetically to any of my concerns that I was experiencing during my grief. Also just knowing they were there during this stressful time give you a peace of mind. I highly recommend this company on my experience many blessings to all.”

“Thank you to all the staff who helped me through the worst time of my life . I was treated with dignity and respect, and also when talking about my son Matt. The lady that hand delivered his ashes was lovely and kind. I will be using pure cremation for my own funeral .”

“Greatly disappointed in how my mothers ashes Where returned to me, not even her name on the box and given over in a 10p white carrier bag so disappointing”

Thank you for your review. Upon reviewing the arrangements, we can confirm that the urn was labelled with your mother's full name. However, it appears that the individual chosen to receive the ashes removed the label and changed the bag in which they were returned. “I asked if my wife could be dressed in her favourite dress and was told it would only be laid on top of her whitch i didn't think was very good otherwise I thought it was very smooth the way it all went.”
