“Pure Cremation provided a reliable and good service for my mum. I was linked to one person who kept me well informed with a quiet efficiency, respect and compassion throughout. They helped reduce some of the stress at such a difficult time.”

“Comprehensive, well organised, professional service performed by Pure Cremation Ltd. Excellent value for money; ( As long as understood, no family send off of loved one at commital, not included in price, but ashes returned to relevant address in suitable container.”

“My wife and I both decided Pure was what we both wanted, a simple cremation with out fuss, all the worries taken away from us. We did not anticipate that their services were not needed, but things change and a simple call they got the cremation done. As they said simple and fuss free. Thankyou from the bottom of my broken Heart, PURE Cremations”

“When my father first told me he wanted a direct cremation I wasn’t so sure about it. The time eventually came and the whole experience was completely positive. I was treated with respect and compassion and I was kept informed with every stage of the process. I got chatting to one of the team and when they found out my father was a veteran they made sure he had the poppy urn for his ashes. A process I was dreading was made much easier by the team and I couldn’t fault anything about it.”

“This was my first experience of this. I found them very kind caring and professional.They were very helpful and kept me well informed of all procedures and timings . My fathers ashes were delivered back to me , and with dignity and respect. My mother also has a plan so will be dealing with them again.tracy edwards”

“My dad passed away without having anything planned funeral wise but I had briefly spoken to him about pure cremations. Me and my partner decided it was the best decision for our circumstances. When I made the initial phone call to book everything was made simple and easy to book and the person on the phone dealt with everything very well. She went above and beyond and was very thoughtful. I was supported through the whole process and informed of changes and what was happening at what time from when my dad's body was collected and in there care to when the cremation would be and they offered help if needed. The ashes being delivered to my door was also a well thought process and the person delivering them was very pleasant and had the upmost respect for my dad's ashes and for me. Thank you to all at pure cremation for there time and there help at a very hard time in my life.”

“My mum passed: the level of care, support and sympathy was amazing from Pure Cremation. From beginning to her finally being returned home. I would highly recommend to those who are ‘thinking’ about it. The whole experience was positive for those grieving. It doesn’t ease the pain but certainly helps. Thank you.”

“My experience with Pure Cremation was somewhat mixed. They were fantastic when I first made contact with them and were very attentive during the couple of weeks that followed, calling me for updates regarding the green form and then letting me know when the committal was taking place. Unfortunately, the process went awry as we headed towards Christmas. The last time the customer care team member who was managing my uncle's cremation contacted me of her own volition was on the 13th December advising me that my uncle's committal would be taking place on the 16th December. I was advised that I would receive a call from the delivery team within 5 working days of the committal date to book in the delivery of the ashes. Needless to say, I didn't receive a call and so all subsequent contact was from my side - me chasing them to find out when my uncle's ashes were going to be delivered. On the 3rd January I called Pure Cremation and was told the ashes would be delivered to me on the 9th January. I did end up asking to speak to a senior manager the following day as I was very disappointed with the service I had received. I should not have had to keep calling them to find out what was happening and I don't feel that they managed my expectations. I appreciate that December and January are busy times but this is their bread and butter so they know that, they’re an experienced company within their industry and so they should have robust processes in place to ensure a seamless customer experience. Communication is key in this type of business but it was sadly lacking which is a great shame as the first part of the process was faultless and very professional so I’m not sure why it went so wrong and I don’t think Christmas can really be used as an excuse. Wishing to end on a positive note, Emma Soul who delivered my uncle’s ashes was lovely. She is clearly passionate about what she does and enjoys her job which is something of a rarity these days. She was very professional, personable and kind… thank you so much Emma.”

“Pure Cremation were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From help with choosing what was needed and right for the family. The team kept us informed constantly as to what was happening and showed nothing but empathy and concern throughout the whole process. “I didn't expect to be using Pure Cremation as soon as I did. So not having a clue what I needed to do, I was talked through everything by the lovely team at Pure Cremation, I really felt that they cared and were very respectful so I knew they would take excellent care of my Auntie and they did. I was kept up to date with everything, I never had to chase them up for answers, they always called me first. When it came to the ashes being hand delivered, it was done with ease and compassion. Thank you so much to everyone who dealt with me a Pure Cremation you made a horrible experience bearable!!”

“My Husband wanted just to be cremated with no frills. The ad for Pure Cremation came on the TV in May 2023. We discussed that this was what he wanted so he rang the number and everything was explained in a manner that we both understood by a very caring person. We paid in full. My Husband sadly died Dec 2023. I got in touch with Pure Cremation with one phone call, there was a lovely Guy on the phone who explained what was going to happen next. Everything went like clockwork, no undertaker, no cars, no flowers no nothing and Definitely no stress, I cannot believe how well it all went.”
