“My mother wanted to use Pure Cremation for her funeral so we purchased easily. Unfortunately she passed away only a few days later. Contacting Pure Cremation was simple and all of the staff were very courteous and caring throughout. They kept us informed at each stage and everything was done on time with no fuss or bother. I would 100% recommend Pure Cremation”

“The process was very straight forwards, communication was excellent, and the person who delivered the ashes went above and beyond by taking the time to talk, which my parents found incredibly caring and helped them through the challenging moment of receiving the ashes.”

“Our belated Father chose Pure Cremation as his provider of Cremation. Speakly personally and on behalf of my Family we are forever thankful and in somewhat awe pertaining to the level of care,communication,empathy and professionalism shown by all members of the business. At such a highly emotional and stressful milestone in life we have nothing short of admiration and appreciation for the service they gave to my late father and us as a family. A truly impeccable company who exceed all expectations at such an emotionally raw time.”

“I wouldn't recommend pure cremations to anyone the length of time it taken from my partners dad's death on 7/10/24 to be collected from James cook morgue was disgusting and upsetting for his family 17 days Later my partners father wad finally collected and then we had to wait until 9th november for his cremation absolutely disgusting service we eill never use pure cremations ever again !!”

“As my sister has got Dementia and she lost her son which was very sad, and she keeps thinking he is still alive as she forgets everything. I did the Pure Cremation for her , from first ringing them I had help all the way through it . They rang me to keep informed about when he was cremated, and when he was going to be able to be delivered back to his family . If I needed any information or help with anything they were there for the support I needed . As it went so smoothly I did not need to contact them. They did him proud. Thank you on behalf of my sister and myself Pure Cremation. I would definitely recommend them .”

“Things were going well untill I made a telephone call in regards to some information I wanted and once the pure cremation employee had said good bye she had not disconected the call and I was still listening. She then continued to talk to her collegues about me and I was surprised about what she said. She was very unproffessional and this was investigated and I was proved correct as the call had been recorded. I had recommneded Pure Cremation to my sister but when she heard what had taken place she has now changed her mind.”

“Everyone at Pure Cremation that I dealt with was kind, gentle and caring at this heartbreaking, emotional time. They kept me updated with every step, so I always knew what was happening. My mum's ashes were delivered to my door by two lovely, empathetic people. Pure Cremation helped relieve us of so much more stress and allowed us the time to grieve. They managed everything....
