“The laths went mouldy after a few months. I asked the company for help and they advised washing and sanding, which I tried but to no avail. After some to and fro, they did offer eventually to take them away to clean (it would take a few weeks) but were really quite rude, denying any responsibility and implying it was somehow my fault. Why wouldn’t the warranty cover mould on laths? The laths from this company come untreated. Might make sense to treat them yourself first so this doesn’t happen to you too.”
