Apart from the initial, desperately poor customer service, the product (concertina airer) has been poor. It was clearly unfinished, certainly not treated and not well sanded. As a result it has been uncomfortable to handle with sharp edges and superficial splinters which catch the hand and snag on the clothes. Worst of all, it has started to go mouldy on the bars that take the clothes after a few weeks of use, and given that it is designed to air damp clothes that suggests to me it isn't really fit for purpose. If it weren't for the poor customer service I would consider sending it back. It's a shame as the design and look is good, just not practical (or safe?) to use. One of my bigger purchasing regrets!

I was extremely impressed by the quality of your airer. I have given it to my son to help with drying his washing in his small flat. A very good product.

Not the best experience and still not resolved so really think carefully before ordering. I Ordered on 1st January. After much chasing and claims that the order had been dispatched, order arrived here on the 25th of January 2024 only to be incomplete and missing parts. Have emailed the company now and awaiting their reply but I’ve not no faith in them and won’t be recommending the company to anyone. Very poor experience.

Order placed on 27 November and full payment taken immediately which is fine and standard practice. Then things take an awkward turn; After not hearing anything for more than a week I submitted an online query on their website requesting an update. Thankfully I got a response asking me to confirm the delivery address because they have dispatched the order so it is surprising that I have not received the items. I replied to this email and requested they confirm the courier company and if possible the tracking number. Then no response again from Pulley Maid for 5 days. Since there is no phone number to contact them, I submitted another online enquiry asking for an update on when to expect my order (even providing the information from the previous email exchange). Guess what, they sent me the same email reply asking me to confirm the delivery address is correct again and then they will try to contact the delivery company! The ordered items still showing in stock and they have taken full payment so why are Pulley Maid unable to confirm the courier company or provide a tracking number? Maybe I am in a parallel universe dealing with a completely different Pulley Maid because right now I am not sure when, or if, I will ever receive my order - perhaps when the pigeons are back from their winter strike or the reindeer are no longer at the north pole....?!

DX still haven’t delivered the lathes for the airer so there is nothing to review. Please sort it out.

Still haven't got the answer to how to correctly install this item because of the difficulty of the room layout - a question that I asked before even buying the product. Have emailed several times and asked for someone to call but no one will ever pick up the phone, they just continuously email and don't seem to want to understand the problem. Considering sending the product back because as it is is useless.

terrible service, they take your money for product they don't have in and when they said I would get a refund i'm still waiting more than 14 days for my money back,no one answers the phone terrible service

Don’t order . Nine days and I’m still waiting. Instead of delivering they are asking to confirm address give a telephone number. Anything but deliver. Why would I order and give a wrong address? Anything but deliver, wish I had never ordered. Sick of them.

I ordered and paid for my pulleymaid on Sunday 17th April, I have still not received it (3to 5 days delivery quoted) but despite repeated emails and your website promises to respond no one gets in touch it is also impossible to track the order despite what it says on website. I will now have to consider what further action I can take. I wish I had bought elsewhere.

Delivered to wrong address So I am led to believe ! Item never arrived & to date still awaiting an outcome as I paid £110 over one month ago with nil goods to date Nobody prepared to help when you try to contact by telephone & email reply initially but now no reply for over 10 days Absolutely disgusted & would advise that unless you like losing money NOT to use Thankfully my credit card company are now pursuing this dishonest & unreliable company

I am not happy with this pully maid there are no slats slaiths with it. It Dose not say this this in the description. Very unhappy customer
