“The delivery was prompt and the pulleymaid we received is lovely. It's really cleared a lot of space in the spare room! I was surprised that the slats are supposed to remain quite loose in the pulleymaid, but it hasn't affected its usability. Would highly recommend.”

“THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN 5* BUT FOR THE SCREWS. THE BLACK PULLEY WHEELS HAVE BLACK SCREWS - ALL WELL AND GOOD YOU MAY THINK - BUT THESE ARE IN THE CEILING AND WILL NOT BE SEEN. HOWEVER, WHEN IT COMES TO THE BLACK ROPE SECURE/TIDY THAT WILL BE ON VIEW, THE SCREWS ARE COMMON CROSS-HEADS AND SILVER! PULLEYMAID PRODUCES A GREAT PRODUCT BUT MORE THOUGHT NEEDS TO BE GIVEN TO THE FINISHING WITH SCREWS. SO MANY PRODUCTS ARE SPOILED BY LACK OF THOUGHT.”

They were over the moon and particularly liked the 6 rather than 4 lath option that we chose for them. Great product. The staff were also very informative informative I was told, my in-law rang them to ask how to up the airer up on a sloped roof.”
