“A great range of styles available, all well illustrated online. The language used on the website gave confidence that this was a quality product. Having now received and installed it, my confidence has been fully justified. Having ordered my ‘Maid’ before Christmas, I then fell foul of supply chain problems and Pullymaid immediately offered a refund. Nevertheless, I kept the order live and it was delivered as forecasted when the delays occurred. With the ‘Maid’ now in use, I cannot understand why I never bought one years ago. It’s very green, highly effective and saves floor space in the utility room.”

“We bought a 6 bar traditional pulley maid recently. The website and descriptions were excellent for making our choice. The instruction video on the website for installation was clear and consise and I was confident and able to install it myself (only the 3rd time of using a drill). It's been fantastic! It looks very neat in the utility room and has saved us a lot of money in tumble dryer usage. The customer service is also excellent, I had a fault develop earlier this week with one of the wooden slats and a replacement was received today without hesitation. I highly recommend the pulley maid for easily drying clothes out if the way abd the company for excellent customer service.”

“beautiful product; however, their customer service is not great - there are loads of people to speak to you when you want to place an order; however, once the order is placed, there is NO ONE to speak to you to find out about delivery...they push you all over the place and advise that it's not their job. they give you an email address, which they say they respond to quickly, but in fact they never do. there is no tracking on the delivery and the delivery timing they give you is questionable. would question buying from them again.”

“Had one of these for a number of years. High quality, and soooo useful. Saves me wasting money and energy costs on a tumble drier. Have it in the big ceiling space at the top of the stairs. Out of the way, and the heat rises and dries clothes in no time.”
