“beautiful product; however, their customer service is not great - there are loads of people to speak to you when you want to place an order; however, once the order is placed, there is NO ONE to speak to you to find out about delivery...they push you all over the place and advise that it's not their job. they give you an email address, which they say they respond to quickly, but in fact they never do. there is no tracking on the delivery and the delivery timing they give you is questionable. would question buying from them again.”

“Had one of these for a number of years. High quality, and soooo useful. Saves me wasting money and energy costs on a tumble drier. Have it in the big ceiling space at the top of the stairs. Out of the way, and the heat rises and dries clothes in no time.”

“I should have bought one years ago! My tumble-drier broke, and I decided to replace it with a pulley- maid. The logic was simple- to save money. It will only take a few months of not using expensive electricity to pay for itself. And it dries better- yes,better than the tumble-drier”

“Prompt delivery etc, all very good. A friend has made some tiny wedges to hold the laths in place as they clonked into the wall where I have a heating computer. I had to get used to balancing the clothes I hand to avoid the pulley maid swinging around. But overall it’s a great item to have, situated in my warm utility room by the washing machine. Happy with it!”

“The concertina airer is a lovely, solid product and easy to fold away, but also to move when extended. It would have five stars if it had slightly more room on it - either an extra level or double rows. It’s not a cheap option, but definitely value for money. Customer service was excellent and delivery was easier than expected.”

“A fantastically simple idea from years ago. Drying your washing indoors but up out the way of the radiators so it's not blocking the heat from them. The quality of the pulley maid is very good and can come in various lengths so it should fit any household and save you money in the long term.”

“We ordered replacement pulleys and rope for our aged Pulleymaid. Dramatic improvement, no more squeaking pulleys and frayed rope. Absolutely worth it for the price and would order again without question, although I doubt it will need replacing again for many years! Thank you for the great service.”
