“Looks lovely and holds a lot of washing only problem is that the slats aren't "stuck" or "held" in place. We found they kept falling out when lowered up and down and move around. Sorted this by putting a cable tie on the end of each slat. Seemed to have solved the problem”

“My Pulleymaid is possibly the best purchase I made in 2016. The Pulleymaid lifts the washing out out of the way and with the warmth of a modern house it dries very quickly, even on horrid rainy days! “Item arrived promptly and was well packaged. Easy to fit and hang. This is a lovely and practical item. Looks far prettier than a modern metal airer. The rails are well spaced so towels dry quickly and easily. Very easy to fold back against the wall when not in use. It is well secured in folded position with a simple hole and peg arrangement. My daughter saw mine and immediately ordered one for her utility room. Lovely product. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“Prompt delivery and received goods as described. Only concern was that quality of metalwork seemed a bit 'light' - more about managing expectations as I was expecting a heavier, cast-iron product but will no doubt do the job particularly as it hangs suspended from ceiling.”
