“In my experience the products at Pulleymaid are exactly as detailed and, in my opinion, of good and durable quality. Delivery of what I ordered (new lathes for my pulley) was prompt and uncomplicated. The goods were well and securely packaged and an advice note was included. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm to others.”

“Really fast courier delivery!! The Pulleymaid airer was really well packaged with simple instructions. I am really impressed considering the website is a bit dated so l wasn't sure what service to expect. Once l had figured out where the ceiling joists were it took hardly any time to put the Pulleymaid together. I would recommend getting the extra pulley as it means you can then make sure the rope is well away from the airer even if it's only placed 1 joist further along the ceiling as l did. Also before you purchase one l would recommend finding out where your ceiling joists are and measuring where the pulleys need to go. This will help you decide what size you need to buy.”

“Have always wanted one of these systems for drying as it makes good common sense. My sister has had one for years and ive been envious as it deals with the problem of winter months and nowheretoeffectively dry the laundry. Above my bath just like my sisters!”

“It's well made and easy to assemble. The parts which need to be strong seem to be so If you have beams in your ceiling in the right locations for where you want this to hang then fitting is a breeze. If you don't, as in my case, then you have to get inventive as the mounting screws are welded directly above the pulleys, giving you no option to use alternative fixings. The slats once inserted are fairly mobile, which is ok but they would be better as a tighter for. That said, it looks good, arrived in good shape, the rope is sturdy and the paintwork is well done.”

“Really nice clothes airer. Easy to put up (if you can find your beams!) and works really well. The only thing I would criticise is that the wheel part of the cast iron pulleis are grey plastic which looks a bit cheap compared to the rest of it. But once I put them up you can't really notice them. I had no problems with ordering or delivery to. Overall I'm very pleased with it.”

“We searched online for airers and initially didn't look at Pulleymaid as we thought they were going to be too expensive. We were completely wrong as the airer we chose proved to be very competitive. We found that it was very easy to purchase the clothes airer from Pulleymaid. The website was easy to navigate through, with clear images and descriptions which helped us make an informed decision. The product arrived in a very short space of time. When going to install it we found that the diagram which came inside the box was confusing but we were able to refer back to the online video installation guide which was short and informative. We are very pleased with this Pulleymaid airer and have had many comments from friends on it. The clothes dry a lot quicker now that they are higher up and they are also out of the way. Thank you Pulleymaid.”

“Easy to order, product arrived in good condition, well packed. Fitting instructions could have been more informative, e.g. the pulley wheels need to be screwed into the ceiling beams but the instructions didn't say what size hole to drill, which is critical. Too small and there is a risk of shearing the pulley screw as it is being screwed in; too big and the pulley wheels will fall out of the ceiling as soon as any load is applied to the clothes rail.”
