“I placed an order with Prym Health on May 3rd and I was told by one of their representatives that the item was out of stock and I would receive the item by the end of the month (approx.) and a partial refund. Almost two months later, I haven't received neither the product nor a refund. The one email I sent a few days ago has been ignored. Avoid like the plague.”

I am not entirely satisfied with the patches. One seemed to have been removed so I was one short of the 36 ordered, the second one I used was good, the next disappeared from where I had placed it on the thigh so I assume that the adhesive could be a problem. I have used a third today so, fingers crossed.”
