“Service was good delivery man was pleasant. One slight concern was that one piece of turn showed some clover and rye grass. It was not a problem as I had extra.”

“The website is easy to navigate and works well, delivery was prompt and on day promised. When I ordered the wrong size pebbles they were helpful and offered a discount on the proper size. Only gripe would be that the error would never have happened if they had taken a phone order when I was speaking to them about delivery times but I was told to order on line despite being on the phone at the time.”

Hi Angela Thank you for your kind comments. I can only apologise for the error of the failure to take your order while you were on the phone. We do train our staff to a high standard and to offer the process of ordering over the phone, however this was overlooked and has highlighted the issue of further training. Kind regards James

“I bought a bulk size play sand from these guys. the price was acceptable and the delivery was hassle free. I think these guys are doing a great job and I would happily recommend them to anybody. keep up the good work!”

“I checked few suppliers of play sand and chose Proturf primarily for competitive cost, but also for ease of using their website. The goods were ordered quickly, delivery time was short and the driver of the lorry was friendly and considerate. Play sand is now being enjoyed by lots of happy children! Will definitely look at ordering from Proturf again.”

“Placed order for Turf and Soil to be delivered. Fantastic products and customer service. Delivered on the day and I requested a AM delivery and this was available for me. I had to call them for advice on care as I had never laid turf and they was able to tell me what to do from start to finish. They even supplied me some feeds and told me how and when to use them. Many thanks Proturf you really went that extra mile in customer service”

“The flamingo gravel is worth every penny, looks beautiful on a dewy morning and all day long. Fabulous service and very user friendly website, the price you see is the price you pay, no hidden extras like you get with other websites...will certainly use Proturf again and will be recommending to all my friends :-)”

“Excellent and knowledgeable staff who were incredibly friendly and could not help us enough. Great grass seed and fertilser products recommended that have had amazing results on our football pitch. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.”

“Happy with sand but not with delivery as the bulk bag of sand was left in the very centre of my drive way so all weekend we couldn't get our 3 vehicles on our drive as this bag was in the way. We are currently having our garden patio done and lots of slabs and gravel was already in the drive but to the side, so we could park our cars on the drive. Why your delivery driver couldn't put it next to this, I don't know.”
