“After the Larry driver refused to unload in a perfectly normal road with space etc I was very angry. After I rang on Saturday to only get an answer machine saying everyone was busy (when actually you were not open) I was ready to demand my money back. But I was called first thing Monday by a very understanding lady who got the delivery to me the next day with no problem at all and the stones are fab. Saved by great customer service. Thank you”

“The turf is fantastic! So thick and green and took straight away. The only issue was that all 50sm2 were delivered on one pallet which broke from the weight and it took the lorry driver and both me and my partner over half an hour to get it off the lorry. Two pallets were needed. Regardless, I would definately recommend the turf!”

“Right from the initial phone call I was dealt with quickly and efficiently. although I ordered the material at least 2 months in advance of my preferred delivery date, about 2 weeks before delivery email reminders were sent to me. The delivery was well within the time slot, the driver helped to unload the 4 tons of red granite, which was exactly as expected. Thank you”

“I'm afraid the 850kg of play sand was poorly packaged in a sack which was mounted on a pallet which broke when exiting the lorry by pallet truck and dumped the play sand in the road.”

“Awful delivery driver, was of no help on the delivery day what so ever. My partner along with neighbours tried to offer to help but he was very rude and left the pallet 10+ meters away from our front gate, which left my partners and neighbour using buckets to bring the stones in to our front garden.”

“Absolutely terrible experience. We had a 90m2 garden to turf and need the turf early. We upgraded our delivery to a pre-12am slot to ensure ample time given other commitments that day/weekend. We received notification at about 3pm the day BEFORE delivery that the turf was already cut and loaded for delivery the next day, so we were confident it would arrive in time. Th next day comes and by 10am the tracking is still showing it to be in the hub, and not out for delivery. Cue plenty of emails to proturf who just kept saying it was 15 mins away, when we could blatantly see it wasn't. Then we were told there was a problem and it would be here at 1:15pm; this again was a lie, it still wasn't out for delivery. By this time I had enough of the lies, so we cancelled the order and low and behold, within 5 mins the order was dispatched. But it get's worse.... when the turf did eventually arrive at 3pm; this is how it turned up, all lose and broken and many of them dry as a bone! They didn't even palette it correctly and they were flying all over the place. Hello, we are sorry about the delay in your delivery our pallet delivery network failed on this occasion and we have discussed this with them and had reassurances that this shouldnt happen again. Glad the turf is looking good and you are pleased with our outcome.
