“Needed some larger than normal drills but with shanks that were no larger than 10mm and these fitted the requirement perfectly. In addition, they were delivered on time and with no hassle. I would be very happy to use this company again.”

“I purchased the drills to drill into a hardened steel screw that had broken off in the thread so that I could insert an 'Easy Out' screw extractor. The drills did not work I regret to say as they were softer than the screw. Srevice was excellent and delivery on time. Perhaps I expected too much.”

“Having ordered some stubby drill bits, half of the bits supplied were supplied incorrectly. When I called to advise of the issue and request replacements as per the original order, the customer service provided was excellent and the correct bits were delivered the next day.”

“At first wrong item was delivered. I called the company who sent correct item no extra charges. I asked how to return the wrong one and they said keep it (£9 worth item) because return handling will be too much. Customer service was very good. I would give 5 stars if correct item would have been shipped to start with. The drill bits seems to be in low quality plastic boxes and I haven't used the bits yet so cannot say if they are fit for purpose”

“Purchased M3.5 tap set and 1-10mm tap wrench. I haven't used them yet, but tap set looks fine. Tap wrench does not look so good as it does not hold the taps squarely - fault appears to be in the aluminium casting, so little point in sending back, as I guess they're all the same. That said, my guess is it'll do the job if I'm careful.”
