“The website is very well laid out and contains very full descriptions plus helpful tips and advice. Very easy to find what you need. The ordering process is very easy and the items were shipped out very quickly and well packaged. I ordered quite a number of small items and unfortunately two bits were missing, but these were sent out to me really quickly and without any fuss whatsoever. Good experience overall.”

“They are available at a great price, whole sales experience where brilliant however the quality isn’t good enough for what we needed it for. We have purchased various sizes etc to drill through 3-5mm SHS, couple snapped straight away, another are completely useless after 2,3 holes - not hard enough. They more DIY and not made to last. Please don’t get me wrong - just not good enough for what we need them for.”

“I was so glad to find a purveyer of quality drills. They were exactly what I needed. However either I didn't read the website correctly or it was not displayed but I wanted two drills but instead got two packs of ten! Never mind they were not expensive and now I have sufficient replacements. I also gave a few away!”
