“I had a good experience with UK Drills. The product is good and the customer service is efficient. The website could do with some minor improvement in detail. For example, it would be useful to know the effective length of a drill as well as its overall length. It might be argued that industry standard is to quote overall length, but there is always room for industry as a whole to evolve. Also more clarity on the web site on how different complementary parts work together would be helpful.”

“I bought the pack with various sizes of cobalt drills, it's a far more economical way to buy than buying individually. Drills arrived less than 24 hours after ordering (i didn't opt for next-day delivery) which was a bonus. As of now I have only used 2 drill bits and they are far superior to the HSS bits I have always used, I would recommend them.”

“Purchase a diamond 50mm core drill and arbor. Great value and so far I have drilled through 1 ft holes in old building. Good balance and relatively easy. At this price you can’t go wrong.”

“I was really getting fed up of buying hss bits which only drilled a couple of holes before they went blunt and useless, so I looked online for more professional drill bits. The bits I got from UK Drills have been great and I found the whole service, staff, customer care and delivery spot on.”

“The 2 x ¼" inch specialist TCT drills only lasted less than 2 minutes with drills HSS so must say I was very disappointed as the description suggested that these specialist drill bits would cope with that material.”

“Fast efficient service. Great value. Would have been five if you carried 0.5 mm intermediate sizes of Brad point wood bits as well. Had to buy these elsewhere and they are inferior quality to yours. Individually packaged bits in plastic pouches seems excessive when buying multiples bits. This was not the case previously so perhaps a short term issue. Thanks for the service you provide. I always check your site first when buying drill bits.”
