“Communication was good, supplemented web site. Liked the choice of postage. Order arrived ahead of schedule. A downside - I ordered X10 3mm concrete drills and each one was packaged in a plastic wallet, whereas all 10 would have fitted into a single wallet”

“Quick delivery. Excellent customer service. I ordered an incorrect drillbit which was my mistake, got through quickly by phone, was given clear and helpful advice. The correct drill bit was with me in two days And two days after I returned the incorrect bit the cost of that was refunded onto my card. I would certainly use them again.”

“I have on a couple of occasions bought drills from this supplier. The turnaround is quick: On both occasions, the package arrived before the estimated date. What I particularly like was the availability of Imperial sized drills. Whilst I can but metric drills at our local hardware store, this is my prime source for Imperial”
