“Big thanks to James, Jane & Ruben. We were initially concerned about using a quick house buying company due to all the scary stories we’d read online and were given by high street estate agents, we tried the auction route first but as we needed a quick sale we contacted 3 house buying companies who all contacted us several times a day and pressured us relentlessly, they offered high prices then dropped the price twice, we’d almost given up when I found ‘Property Solvers’ in a list of ‘the best house buying companies’ I was given a price and this price did not change, I dealt with James & Jane who were lovely, very professional but helpful and friendly. I only received calls and emails when they needed something and they were always there when I needed advice. We completed the sale at a time that suited us. I highly recommend Property Solvers. X”

“I have been trying to sell my house now for almost 2 years and because the illegal Tennant is refusing to leave the other agents have given up very quickly, but Ruban Selvanayagam has been a absolute rock and done everything in his power to get the Tennant out even contacting my MP, He has kept my hopes alive, he is a genuine guy and I recommend Property Solvers very highly, Thank you John Cook”

“I was rather hesitant entering this market sector of " cash buyers " & the first 3 or 4 companies confirmed my concerns. I was about to give up & my last call to Jacob at Property Solvers restored my faith that genuine cash buyers who are fair & principled do exist. I was introduced to Ruben who visited the property we agreed the price & completed 12 days later. I found there are many impersonators out there who will give you inflated valuations & not follow through then try to sign you up as middlemen. Ruben & his team turned out to be 100% genuine I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“I could not recommend Property Solver's enough! I lived alone with a chronic condition unable to maintain the property despite my best efforts I could not get a easy sale without significant investment. After a phone call with the Owner's Ruban & James along with Jane and the team. We made up an agreement where I could step away from the house, they maintained payments then found a buyer and settled up leaving me with ZERO Debt and a few coins to spare which is all I wanted. The house is now owned by a young healthy person who can throw their time and effort into it. So everyone is a winner! Thanks again! Richard”
