“We were searching for a broker as our cash availability was tight for a newbuild scheme, and we needed an investor quickly. So pleased to have found Zara at Target, who put us in touch with a funder offering 85% of costs of both purchase and build. Zara guided us through completion process, which was quicker than we had ever experienced with any other lender in the past. We are currently progressing well through the build with the lender and drawing down with no hiccups. Now hoping to expand our business twice as fast this way than we ever could, had we stuck with our usual sources of finance.”

“We have recently had a development funding loan arranged by Zara at Top 10 Finance for our development of 4 new build houses. We found her extremely helpful, and responsive with an excellent array of options available for situation. We had initially had arranged a loan with very high interest rate and exit fees on our own, however Zara has been able to better this significantly and provide a loan with no exit fees. As we all know, It is not all about costs of the loan but the service as well, I can safely say that those we received from her are unrivalled. Thoroughly recommended and we are sure to be a repeat customer for years to come.”

“I contacted Zara on Monday after being let down by another finance company, Zara got me a decision in principle just few hours after we had spoken and all documentation were sent the following day , we signed, funds were draw down and purchase was completed on Friday of same week. We were almost let down by the postal system but Zara came up with the idea of same day courier and that actually nailed the completion. Thanks Zara for your great attention to details, tenacity, quick response and update till completion.”
