“What a team! From the the lady who took the phone call, she was courteous, patient & effecient, in setting up the order, to delivery, the service was prompt, arriving the next day, well packaged, even the delivery man was kind & courteous, the wheel fits perfectly in the space in the car, the quality of the wheel is well worth the cost, arriving balanced & ready for use. very impressed, I will have no hesitation in recommending The Wheel Shop to others. “Like many similar new cars, my Jaguar I-pace came without a spare wheel. I was planning an overland trip with it to south Italy from Malta and started getting anxious about the lack of a spare wheel on top of my range anxiety! I checked with the local Jaguar agent that I had bought the car from and they quoted some hundreds of euros and 2 to 3 months delivery! In came Promotor to the rescue. 30% of the price and immediate delivery! Only difference that i can see is that it is not labelled jaguar, and does not come with a jaguar carry bag. Great job to all, but a special mention to Justyna in Customer Care who was always immediate with her replies and attention! Well done all. And now I hope that this is a waste of money, and I will NEVER use the wheel I bought! :) PS, importing from UK to the EU after Brexit is a pain and obviously more complicated with VAT and Import duties etc, but once again, Promotor helped with getting me a UK VAT refund after I paid my VAT in Malta. Good job once again :)”

“Checked on website first then phoned just to be sure I had the correct product, great customer service and so simple to order . Placed order Monday morning delivered 1pm on Wednesday wheel is in perfect condition highly recommended.”

“Fast delivery. Brand new space saver wheel and tyre with jack, covers and SERIOUS wheel brace. Hope I never have to use it but happy not to rely on useless puncture repair kit as supplied on new Mercedes.”

“Wheel delivered 6 days after it was ordered, for Jersey that is very quick. Having paid the list price which included VAT. The VAT was immediately refunded as it does not apply to Jersey. This is a first for me as companies l have dealt in the past have not done this. Wheel delivered in stout box and in perfect condition. Would not hesitate to buy from The Wheel Shop again.”

“A rare find, a company as efficient and well run as this. Space saver ordered Monday 10.50, dispatched 11.05, arrived Tuesday 11.55. Wheel and tyre were new and perfectly packaged. Price was a quarter of some other space savers. If you need a wheel then The Wheel Shop is the place to get it.”

“Ordered a spacesave 2 pm Saturday, the wheel delivered sometime Monday morning whilst I was out with free delivery. Wheel and tyre were new and included a jack and wrench. Super service, keep up the good work.”

“I ordered a space saver kit suitable for a 2021 KIA XCEED with 18 inch wheels. The wheel and parts arrived within three days of ordering and are really good quality. It is all nicely fitted into the cars wheel well and the goo kit now sits in the loft along with another one. Excellent service and good price. My second one from The Wheel Shop.”

“Hello There from a very happy customer. I ordered a full size spare wheel on the phone for my Dacia Sandero on Monday 15th Aug and it arrived today 18th Aug up in the north of Scotland. Can't beat service like that from the very pleasant and helpful man who took my order. Well done WheelShop.”

“I orded a spare wheel for my Volvo V40 on Sunday and it arrived Tuesday morning with a new jack and wheel brace you can not get better than that. The service and price from this company is second to none. The price was less than half to what Volvo wanted. I will be recommending this company to my friends.”
