“Technical,department answered the phone quickly and delivery happened as promised. Slightly worried that the tech dept said I could paint over the original paint without and reaction, but the data on the tin said a second coat must be applied relatively quickly”

“Really good service delivered on time kept well informed of delivery, bit disappointed with this delivery ,although well packed both lids on both tins of paint were badly dented . Haven’t used this delivery as yet but previous paint ordered is excellent.”

“Promain send my product but i have never recieved it. It was tracked via fedex but i never ever saw it. It is like pulling teeth trying to speak to these courier companies”

“The product was incredibly well packaged and arrived really quickly which helped me know went as I was in a bit of a fix. I did contact them for some technical advice, and unfortunately nobody came back to me.”

“This would have been a 5 out of 5. The service is fantastic. Technical department answered my questions immediately and got back to me with my questions about the paint I ordered. I needed a paint capable of withstanding high temperatures for a jacket potato oven/trailer. The only issue is the colour is Matt Grey rather than black. I now have a grey jacket potato oven which is NOT what was expected hence giving a 4 out if 5. Darken the colour and this is a great product. Disappointed with the end result.”

Certain products are classified as hazardous for transport purposes, which means that they must be sent by an approved carrier. “The Acid etch I ordered was temporarily out of stock Claire from Customer services rang to inform me of this and that she would ring again when the product arrived with them which would only be a couple of days away and she would have it dispatched immediately all of which she did, top class service”
