“Very good service polite and professional. Also very good quality paint, better than available from d.i.y stores. Flag driveway paint is also far better than anything I've ever used on my car sales site.”

“After watching many You Tube videos on how to paint concrete exposed to exterior elements I was going to seal the floor with PVA and then use off the shelf commercial brands to finish off and colour and I'm glad i didn't and made one more call to Promain . I was put through to Tony who advised me what to do with no hard sell and buy FLAG HEAVY DUTY paint FLAG acid etch and FLAG thinners. I have waited eight months since purchase and application to see how the products would deal with summer autumn winter and this spring 2021 till now 27th April 2022. A picture apparently tells a thousand words well here's a few before July 2021 up to today many thanks to PROMAIN and Tony we've enjoyed many days and nights on a FLAG PAINT FLOOR . NO PVA was used”

“I have been purchasing this specialist paint for years first time I purchased it from Promain UK after making a hash of trying to buy online I 'phoned and spoke to Sally in sales she was a great help in sorting me out the package arrived only a few days after ordering which I was surprised about as delivery timescale was a week it was well packaged so no damage to contents, all in all kind and helpful service from start to finish I will certainly use them again”

Certain products are classified as hazardous for transport purposes, which means that they must be sent by an approved carrier. This, as well as an increase in transport costs in general, can make them appear to be higher than expected, however, this is something we continually monitor and we always aim to keep these as low as possible for our customers. Hi Francois, we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase. The purpose of this product is to draw all of the salt out from the substrate, therefore it can initially look worse as all of the salt is brought to the surface. It is important to continue applying the Salt Neutraliser until all of the salt has been drawn out. We have also raised your concerns with the manufacturer and they have advised that they will be happy to visit you on site and demonstrate the correct method of application to help resolve the issue.
