“I would like to say that Tony was so so so helpful obtaining the paints suitable for the job. And also out me on to another supplier when he thought the they may be able to help me better. “Just bought the Bar Paint in Satin Black. It's great stuff, had wooden doors which coated lovely. The rest was metal sheeting and covered with ease. Looks like a new building.well Recommended and cheaper than most builders merchants”

“I bought this deck oil because it was the only oil that Arbordeck (the decking I had used) recommended. It was a lot more expensive than some of the other deck treatments available but I am very pleased with the result and happy that I made the right choice. The deck looks like new again and I found that by using a sprayer to apply it, I got the job done fairly quick. Although I think I would have used a lot less if I had taken longer and used the brush method instead. I suppose you pays your money and you makes your choice.The oil was delivered quickly and came with a handy little can lid priser thingy.”

“I ordered two tins of Osmo wax oil's and after a week of not receiving them and not getting any email updates, I called Promain and spoke to a very nice woman who said she would find out what had happened and call me back. Well she called me back right away and it turned out that it had not been sent. So she offered to have it fed-exed to us at no additional cost. We received the items today and are very pleased. I think they are a good company and it was just a small hiccup but a hiccup that they solved right away. Best prices for Osmo products I could find. I will be back to order again. Thanks.”

“The so-called "balcony" paint from Promain is expensive and not suitable for use on balconies for the below reasons: 1.) It is slippery when any rubber soled shoes are used on it when wet. I had to put an additional coat of the paint with a mixture of kiln dried sand to remove its slippery properties. 2.) After a month of being in use, it has already started bubbling after a few rainy days. Balcony paint is expected to be non-slip and be able to resist rainy conditions. In my experience this paint, although market for balconies, is not fix for purpose.”

“Very good support from the technical group in deciding the best product to use. Then used Pegafix and Pegakote to turn my bare concrete garage floor into a very hard wearing easy clean surface. Great job.”

“Bedec Barn Paint - Matt Black This is the second time of purchasing this Barn Paint, which we have used on our wood clad garage. Gives an excellent result, although we need to renew every two years or so, due in part to the wood used and its initial treatment. Delivery of the product was earlier than expected, so we were able to get on with the painting.”
