“I wanted 1lt pot of paint and was told it only came in 5lts and so went ahead then got a call several days later saying that they only had stock of 1lt pots and would i take 5 x 1lt? Apart from that knowledgable and polite technical and sales people with good price point.”

“I am very pleased with the service i received in every aspect . I had help and advice from your Technical Dept. which was great . “Customer service by phone was excellent. I bought the slate paint for painting my exterior windowsills. It was expensive, however, and the grey colour was rather pale ( not dark enough to look like slate).”

“I bought some mould/algea killer to clean walls on a house. I called up to get advice, but the product didn't work at all - it had no effect what so ever on the mould and algea. I eventually found a product that worked. The initial contact was polite, and I didn't complain about the product or asked for a refund.”

“Unfortunately the product did not clean the patio as well as it promised on the label. In spite of endless brushing and washing 3 days after the application the mould is still there. Quite disappointing result bearing in mind its cost!”
