“Very friendly folks, I didn’t spend much money but they took the time to call me back and answer a question I had - yep, they actually called back, not many people do that anymore, oh and yes, both people I spoke with were polite and helpful, sounds made up right … but it’s true, give em a try, they’ll actually deserve your business.”

“Iv used Promain before and on both occasions the order was fast in getting here and packaged well. The other thing I like is it also gives you instructions on the site to get the best results from the product. Will definitely be using Promain again .”

“Classidur Universal xtrem epoxy stain block. The service, as in answering phones, giving advice, and speed of delivery is excellent but the boxes used to deliver the paint need to be sturdier and perhaps tougher bubble wrap, although the box was intact one of the paint tins had a large split which was only discovered several days after receipt when I needed the second tin, paint EVERYWHERE! I live in a small flat and it was fortunate I retrieved the second tin in my kitchen where a massive clean-up took place. Unacceptable when this paint is so expensive.”
