“The service I received from Promain UK it self was was good. They were the only supplier that could provide me with the colour and finish of Bedec Barn paint that I could find. Unfortunately, the distributor they use, FedEx was atrocious. Four times they cancelled their delivery time and on the fifth I received it. I would recommend they change their distributor. Although they did refund me the delivery charge.”

“Excellent service especially when I changed my mind about the colour and they agreed to take the decking paint back and re-issue the new colour. Always prompt and courteous. Highly recommend this firm.”
